My personal experience was Disappointing. I joined by reading all positive reviews. But the academy was not upto the mark. Not providing a receipt for the Rs7,000 I paid and unwilling to provide one when asked. Personal training for only 1 hour everyday. Lack of Professionalism. Lack of punctuality when starting class excuses like lunch n sickness. Active sessions only for 5 min of basic oral instructions and remaining 55min just practice. Practice anyone can do from youtube videos which are plenty. The course modules provided was few and they were already available in internet. No form of slides or notes given by trainers from their own preparation for class.Trainers doesnt cover essential topics like idioms,phrases,vocabulary,grammar,types of sentences which are important for IELTS. The trainers does not discuss about the band descriptors which is the key element for scoring in the IELTS. Lack of written feedback for the practice assignment even after repeated reminders would only provide vague oral feedback which is not useful and doesnt improve our performance. After 2 weeks of classes i had to called coordinator Mrs florence told about issues and dissatisfaction of their services, queries about the official certification of these trainers. She refused to accept my feedback and defended whatever has been done thus far including the behavior and refusal to show their certification. In view of her response I requested her to refund the fees or re-conduct the entire two weeks with professional trainer. In order to appease me at that time she allocated another trainer. During the training sessions of this new trainer,frequently muted the call for 10 to 15min at a time to attend to her personal matters everyday which was very irritating and distracting. I had no other way other than to discontinue. Even that one hour class these people could not dedicate their time for students. Their unwillingness to accept any forms of negative feedback has shown that they are only interested in making profit. All students who wish to train for IELTS, DO NOT APPLY to Immaculate Academy. Do not be fooled by the sweet talks of the coordinator or their staff. Please dont waste your hard earned money. Think before you invest...

A great training Centre. I have been going for OET classes here for the past 2 months for my purpose to work and study abroad. As I been having a tight schedule the teacher there is able to understand and adjust the timing as per my schedule. They also are training me on my weakness and I am finding it easier as days passes. They also told me that when I am ready they would inform me so that I could write my exam and yes I felt this option is really good as with a lot of practice from the centre am sure when I write the exam I can pass with flying colors in one attempt

This is a wonderful session, arranged by MMA with Amritha Sharon mam. This session brushed up our basics of English grammar and ended professional note. This 6 hours we spend is really worthy.

I really dont understand how this center has acquired 4.7 in rating. I hope most of that should be paid review or friends and relatives. Well, When comes to education there is no knowledgeable tutor for IELTS. you have to study on your own. they will provide minimally minimal guidance which you can get better than that over the internet. No proper seating arrangements, always you have to adjust with someone for sitting. You cant use washroom, computers wont work, headphones will not work..etc...etc.Why am i wasting my time to write this review, because after seeing all the fake reviews I waster my 10K? Be aware and stay away from this unethical study center.

My experience in this institute was so terrible. There is no desk and no one-to-one personal training as promised. I have attended only one class, and when I got there I had to wait for 30 minutes because my trainer was having lunch. I had to study with books on my lap for 1.5 hours and I personally think I would have studied better on my own. The next day when I asker for a refund, they just kept on telling me that their policy says that they dont give refunds and just sent me back. When I asked for the teachers TOEFL score, she just said she is a certified teacher, so I am very skeptical of her qualifications. They didnt even have any proper books, and the conditions of the books were horrible. This was the worst class I have ever experienced, and you will waste your money.
