Worst ever experience in this specific LIC Metro so far. Issues while tapping out when using with QR code. It wont get updated in the CMRL Application and it shows to pay penalty for their fault. Very worst. Daily issues if you book Return Journey Trip, you cant able to use QR again while you tap in in LIC as it doesnt allows you to open the gate. Worst maintenance and response by CMRL.

Not sure why this has a low rating. Infrastructure wise, its very similar to the other stations located on the same line, like AG DNS or The or Thousand lights. One thing that Im consistently noticing with all these metro stations is that they are extremely clean. So far, the maintenance department has done a fantastic job, its going to be really challenging when it starts pulling larger crowds. Still some construction work is pending, one of the stair cases are not functional, escalators have to be activated, but other than that, I believe that once its fully functional, its going to really blow peoples minds, I hope Chennai metro gets the recognition it deserves for what it truly is, hopefully soon.

LIC building has always been a special landmark on Chennai mount road. Now it has the modern day transport of Metro station near to this landmark to reach major parts of Chennai. Very good station, well maintained by CMRL.

I dont know.. Why ticket counter la iruka staff ku.. Intha normal chair provide panuringanu... They provide tickets minimum 8 hrs.... How they sit like that.. Antha chair system height kuta ila... Surely Im telling...* They have back pain.. *.. Plz give some care to tickets counter staffs... 🙏🙏🙏🙏Otherwise lic metro staffs are good to customers ❤️👌

Worst service

Yesterday, when it was inauguration of lic metro, we loved to go for a free ride, which would have spared a life. The automatic doors closed very quickly and even without a notice. My child would have been a victim by being struck up in the door, but God is great, some how managed to come step out. i was at the station at 8: 30 p.m. for Washermanpet train. Please consider it a request for some kind of announcement, like an alarm, The automatic doors are about to close in 5 seconds 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, which would be very helpful for passengers and can avoid unnecessary mishaps.

Most important Place in Chennai. LIC building is one of the oldest landmark in our Chennai. As this lies between Airport Washermanpet Metro Line. People those who wanna go to EA/Satyam Cinemas can Utilize this. As it is Located in Annasalai. Can be easily accessible. World Class Infrastructure!

Lic metro station is the best station for me i am travelled in metro first time this station only from lic to central coridar launch time super experience and we enjoyed lot with my friends in this travel this metro is usefull for central passangers for peak hours travel time is just 5 minutes are taken only bus means more than 15 minutes we will spend to reach central
