A very nice stay especially if on a budget.The rooms were very good and clean and proper checks was done before allowing the customers inside the facility.The bathroom wasnt very good. And also they didnt provide proper extra bed despite intimating them in advance and instead we were just given an extra matress to put on the floor.The staff was very helpful and cooperative otherwise.A very value for money option overall!

Extremely pathetic property. Basic amenities were not working.AC didnt work, had to follow up with the property manager and received a replacement room only three hours before checkout.Tv was not working.There is no intercom to contact the front desk and the front desk night in charge was sleeping, couldnt wake him up even after trying multiple times.No linens were provided.It is one of the disgusting experience overall.

Worst experience ever. No point in booking this place under oyo as they don’t take bookings below ₹1000. If you book below ₹1000, you will be asked to pay an extra ₹300 at the time of check-in. Dirty sheets and bathrooms. No water flow in bathrooms. Pathetic smell. No drinking water provided. AC not in proper working condition. Sucked to the core. Would never visit again.

One star for the staff behaviour. The room was fine, stayed there for two days and we checked in late cause it said 24x7 checkin, while checking out they asked us to pay extra for checking out late despite the fact that we paid a lot for the two days that we stayed. We were willing to pay by card and he wouldnt accept it, he clearly told us we have to either pay cash Or via gpay which was downright shady. He was being unreasonable about not accepting The card payment. The guy at the reception was rude and demeaning. He has no clue how to treat customers. Not a good experience, we expect people working for oyo to be courteous.

Worst experience. Have trusted oyo silver key and booked but when came to the property its maintained worst and couldnt even cancel its like pay and suffer in silence

Pathetic Service and Hotel Staff Behaviour,Unfortunately I left my key inside the room and they charged 900/- rupees for opening the door,Even OYO Service Center didnt help me in this and they said you have to pay to Hotel ,I never seen such extortion anywhere else in my life ,- No Cleaning- No Hygiene- No Pantry in side hotel- No Breakfast Fecility- Even you have to pay for water bottle every time CASHBe careful while booking this propertyThanks

Some rooms are neat and clean. Staff behaviour is also ohk. But some rooms are not good. So an average kind of hotel for one or two days.

Worst stay I ever had in Oyo. dont ever go to this place if you wanted to have a pleasant stay. Dont believe the images shown in Oyo or google. The bed cushions were noisy and awkward. A/c cooling capacity was bad. Room Filled with mosquitos. Tv without any subscriptions even a free channels wont work. After all there is this house keeping guy who listen songs in the verandah with high volume disturbing your sleep. They use same type of towel for customer use and also as bathroom mat, Im wondering how would they differentiate after wash. over all a worst stay.

Its a shady hotel and not at all like the photos shown. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights. We reached the hotel by 9 and the front desk guy said early check-in available only if u pay extra. I said we will wait till 10 he said early checkin will only be given if u pay or else check-in at 12.We decided to pay extra and check-in to see below average rooms and absolutely disgusting toilets. 2 guys were walking in the corridor in towel to find place to dry their clothes. I was accompanied by my family so decided to shift from there. The staff was kind enough to let us do do.

The rooms are not getting cleaned on time, made us shift to 2 different rooms. Not throwing the trash on time. No one wear masks in reception. The shower gel felt more like a lotion, no matter you empty complete bottle on yourself it will still give no foam. Inspite of multiple reminders, the towels were not sufficient. No cable connection in the tv and they havent shared their wifi password as well. It was a 3 night stay and the bed sheets were not changed oftenly.

Place is but inside to reach. Lunch and dinner can avail from andra mess just opposite to the hotel for local food lovers, and ovenfresh just 50metre besides the hotel. Accomadation wise, room is little tiny for couples, but comfortable for singles. Atmosphere was pleasant and couple friendly.

Decent place for people low on budget, new building but pretty low on maintenance. Buy your own water bottles. Location is good with tea shops and other stores next to each other. Ok to stay ,if the purpose is only to sleep and explore chennai outside the whole day.

Our flight into Chennai was much delayed but our check in was hassle free even though it was past 2 am - well into the night.Unfortunately the room is excessively noisy. A water pump adjacent to the room is turned on late at night and believe me, this pump is very noisy. We had to hide under the lumpy pillows in a useless effort to sleep. Throughout our stay at this property we faced this problem. In pointing this out, the staff told us that that pump was in the adjacent property. This was a blatant lie. The pump is located next to their generator behind the toilet for room 102 and is clearly seen if you just go around the block. This problem of a noisy pump or whatever must be resolved since a good nights sleep is imperative for any house guest, anywhere in the world.Second problem: If you check in hoping to sleep in late, forget the chance of getting breakfast, which was very wholesome. The intercom did not work, so we simply accepted the fact that it was a piece of decoration.The kitchen staff unfortunately did not understand English and could not converse in any language save Tamil.Come on, Oyo, not everyone on this planet knows Tamil.Third: It is imperative for hotels and I guess even Oyo, to keep change. Not returning house guests the money simply saying that they don’t have change is a big No No in any service industry.

Pro: Prime location. Courteous staff. Good parking for two wheelers, kettle, coffee powder, sugar and mineral water.Cons: Cot made sound all the time, the room was not properly cleaned, dust was visible on the table and kettle.

Services are good. Well Decorated. I really like that room spray. Manager is so young, well behaved modern guy. But well Fooding facility not available near the hotel.

Its my 9th visit in the same property , it was value for money deal & Special thanks to property Manager Mr Manoj for Special care & support.

There Were Two Issues 1) The Fan In The Room WasnT Working 2) There Was No Water In The Washroom For Most Of The Day

Extremely polite manager. Clean rooms. Good location.Only problem was that initially the guy denied us booking saying that the hotel was overbooked although we had booked 1 month earlier and paid full money for 3 days. After requesting, he agreed to give us rooms saying that hell deny someone else and give us room because we came first. Bad on oyos part to take booking more than the capacity of the hotal.

I had a nice and safe trip staying at silverkey 20028 chennai.... It was my first trip to Chennai ND receptionist helped me with the food ND Uber etc. Because of language barrier
