Not bad but its beautiful

Good, but little for away from main road

Room is decent. Manager is very helpful in nature. But place is somewhat remote and we cannot roam out during nights. Transportation is somewhat difficult. But hotel staff is helpful in getting auto to hotel.

Worst quality complementary breakfast. Restaurant not available inside the hotel or nearby. Rooms are good but they does not maintained house keeping. Only Tamil channels are available on tv. Staffs understand Tamil only. It is inside a remote village , no proper communications are available.

Clean, peaceful location, access is little difficult, if you Have Business in Mahindra World City this is right place, enjoy the local community lifestyle around the property

The location isnt as great as its in an unpopulated area. Rooms are mediocre at best with really bad service. During my one night stay the place had no power backup for 2 hours straight leaving us in the dark and heat. Would not recommend unless absolutely necessary.

This is not a hotel, its an apartment. And rooms are allocated in every flat. Ambience is good but it is too far and place is deserted, although cabs are easily available for commuting to the city

To be true, this apartment ROYCE EBONY is located in the end of the Mahindra world city. Path to reach this place is really hard to remember it. But, the place is too quite. A pleasant surrounding with a pond, a tempLe and lots of trees around the place. Dont prefer to go out after ten or 11 pm since the place is extreme interior to Mahindra city. Suitable if youre staying as. a bunch .

Ok for leaving, but in bathroom taps are rusted, pipes leaking, heavy stains inside bathroom tiles. No mat outside of bathroom. You have to go in room after bath with wet feet, & chances of slipping.

The worst hotel there can be. Inaccessible. In some shady corner of the place. Its so hard to reach there by cab. The staff isnt friendly. The rooms arent clean. Sucks!
