They getting money first and not confirming ticket till last movement... Very poor value for money... Sharing package in tempo they charging 2500 per head... No worth for it breakfast and lunch poor taste... driver not guiding properly please do not prefer for this type of package....

We got Kalyana Uchavar ticket from them, we usually go in 300 rs ticket, we get laddu directly. The driver misleaded us that the laddu will come in courier. Even these travels people didnt tell us about the prasadam. I will never suggest these kind of travels. First the driver informed us for Kalyana Uchavar ticket they will provide 2 big laddu and 5 small laddu, since we missed we checked with them now they say they will give one laddu for one ticket. They are not giving proper instructions, never trust these guys.when I called and spoke regarding this issue they were rude

It was the good experience with Mahalakshmi Travels to Tirupati. It was safe and Secure we had breakfast and lunch in the nice hotel. Morning it was 2Idly, 1Vada and Dosa. Lunch it was unlimited Meal it was good. Even tho we know the places in Tirupati. The drive did his duty in explaining the ways. Overall it was the best one day trip to Tirupati.

Good value package to thirupathi at this corona time ... considering getting e pass to Ap nd e pass from TN is a hectic process , cost around 5500 for 2 people in a seperate car is worthable comparing to other travels charging more than 8 k.... Went for a one day trip to Tirupati on July 6, the driver was excellent. The trip was excellently planned and executed to perfection by the driver. On time pickup, excellent hotel selection, amicable guidance and smooth driving. The usual tension in going and visiting the temple was hugely relieved due to the proper planning of the travel agency. Only thing we did was enjoy the travel, eat the healthy food, visit the shrine and return back with complete satisfaction. Loved it. Will book again always.

Driver(Ravi) attitude was very bad and he took some kind of drug in our entire Tirupati trip.He demanded for additional charges which was never informed by the travels. Horrible travel experience.

Cab will be arranged from outside.Driver will drive rash even will sleep during drive.Try to exploit you by providing wrong info about temple timings and finish your trip as soon as possible.Just book darshan ticket online and get a one day cab than this package which would cost you only 3000.

Great and reliable service for Tirupathi dharshan. Booked Premium package for 2 at 7K in a private Etios car. Accepted for accommodating 2 more relatives who already booked dharshan tickets. Breakfast was OK and dharshan was guided and smooth. Lunch was fabulous. Overall a nice pilgrim trip. Not to mention that the driver came was top class.

Worst service will inform to media people about the worst behaviour of travles employees and the manager...one incident was happen to me today 25th october 2019 trip from chennai to tirupati.they dont know how to treat passengers speaking with ugly words and scoldinv if you are late by 5 mins also i filed a compliant on vishwambara travles in the court for legel proceedings.they want give apology for my hurt issue i will not leave this travles....for upcoming trips beacause worst services to passengers and drivers also.Iam a media person will take this as big issue.

Very very worst service. We booked two tempo traveller van for Tirupati one day trip. Travelling spoiler our day. It was like we were going in a govt bus and back side AC wasnt working, seats were shaking, no latest technology music system (no bluetooth connectivity). It seemed driver had sleepless night n he started vehicle in d morning. He was driving zig Zag in d road.I complainted all these to mahalakshmi travels but no use. Some how managed d day.PLS NEVER EVER CHOOSE MAHALAKSHMI TRAVELS. Even if u want go for any other travels, visit directly n check d vehicle condition n then decide. That was d leaning i got.

Went for Chennai Tirupathi One Day Trip By booking through Mahalakshmi Travels.!Booked prior to one month after seeing the availability of tickets in Tirumala Site.!* Car Type : Tata Indica A/C* Total Members : 2 Adults and 1 Yr Old Kid* Fare: 5500 for 2 Persons + 500 Extra for Pickup charge.* Driver was in Front of House by early morning 6 o clock sharp as discussed before.!*Had Breakfast (As included in the package) on the way around 9 Am.Breakfast was awesome.!They took us to Mottai place and stood there till we completedAnd guided till entrance of Temple queue and gave proper guidance from where they ll puck us post dharshan.Had our lunch in Thirupathi after finishing and coming from tirumala.!It was best Lunch we had.!Dropped here in House by 10 PM sharpHad our best service.! Please don’t book cab to thirupathi in this travels. Lethogic answers from travels. I am on the way to my trip to tiumala with my family of 7 members they don’t provide A/C in cab while climbing the hills up and down. When I ask regarding this travel agency they told me tat they won’t provide A/C for hills. When I told them there r many travel agency who provide ac for hills. Next time u book some other travels and go this wat they replied to me. Worst experience. If any one book Tirupati in this travels this will happen.

He is a wonderful man and well knowledgeable person. He picked up at right time in the morning and took us atop Tirupathi hills safely. He is driving the car with lot of care ensuring our safety travel. He is very polite and very helpful...He knows all details about Tirupathi temple..He guided us excellently.
