Staff are cordial.Easy to locate..Their customer support is wonderful ,they make sure the customer gets the right solution. They keep updating the progress of our compliant though mail and text ,which makes the process transperent.I received a call after my complaint was sorted out ,asking,weather I was satisfied or not and also anything they can assist me further with.The interior of the bank look too outdated,something they must consider to change.Throughly satisfied.
From past 3 weeks 3 times coming to this branch for getting passbook. Till now I havent received. Even today I called them whether I can come and receive the passb, they confirmed to come and collect. So I came and asking for passbook, they are telling now that the toner is repaired. So need 2 days time to fix issue and then come and collect. This service is not good. For this small passbook thing, they are doing this much, if we go for any other service, please think. We will not get correct response from them. So I will not recommend to anyone.😡😠😤 Sorry to say.. it very worst experience for me.Sorry for the delayed in update. On that day itself the bank members contacted me and issued my passbook. I am very satisfied with their work. I am not satisfied with the service of my branch 2nd line beach Chennai . I have been charged unwantedly on my cash withdrawal for which before withdrawing the money i have enquired with my POC Praveen Ganeshan regarding the withdrawal charges and he promised me that you wont be charged on your withdrawal. Later on praveen said we will refund you charges back. and this is been said by him from past 2 yrs and still there is no response from the employee. when i wanted to meet the branch manager the employee of the bank named Praveen stops me tells me sir we will refund you money in a weeks time still that has not happened later on when I again visit at that point of time varsha jubee comes in the picture and tells me to mail all the details. And the same has been mailed to her and i have been following from 15th October 2020 and from that point of time she says in 1 week your charges will be reversed and still that has not happened. after a certain period of time she tells me to sign a from which i havent received and she lies to me that we have sent form through mail. And she tells me once you sign the form then only we will reverse your bank charges. Without that we will not reverse your money.Conclusion:When the employee of the bank cannot keep there promises and lie to the customers then they are not fit to be in the company.
I have account in many banks. I find Kotak is the worst in customer services. They have CRM but they never bother to connect with customer as per my experience. Their attitude is worst than the Government department of earlier times. The Branch Manager is rarely available in the branch.Just to modify my account as Senior Citizen account they are insisting that I should should submit 4 pages form and submit ID proof which they have already collected at the time of account opening. It is just stupid.
