A very good experience. The best trip. It was our baby 1st birthday, wanted to give our baby the best gift so that he would cherish it for life and for parents it’s a big treat. I must say our travel executive Mr. Shiva was so so nice and arranged everything beautifully, right from hotel to accommodation and especially Cab service. It was awesome journey for us. We have planned a honeymoon trip to Bali and all the itinerary has been planned and arrange in very good manner. Local guide are very flexible to us and friendly too. Overall Siva has communicated all the plans good manner.

We went for a trip to Bali through Excursion Explore. It was really awesome and well organized. Iam really frustrated on 1st day itself when i reached kodaikanal they not even answered me when i asked about hotel booked or not & not picked my phone properly. But Local travel agents only helped me a lot till my final day. My Overall experience with Excursion Explore guys is very Pathetic..

I visited chennai with my family i booked vechil for one day local trip, they gave best service, tqs for sanjaye to provide this service

I had travelled to kodaikanal from chennai with my family members totally 10, Initially they gave me a good tour packages with day wise schedule & also send photos for good cottages .we travelled on this month july 11th to july 14th, Iam really frustrated on 1st day itself when i reached kodaikanal, i searched the cottages what they send, i asked several persons in kodaikanal about this cottage they told they closed that cottage several month before, but they did not communicate this issues before. once i called to him they told daily daily some rooms in kodaikanal to be closed. But they did not communicate to me the room are closed nu. After that they give alternate rooms. Day wise schedule plan they did not communicate to that Cab driver, driver did not know the route properly in kodaikanal as well as in chennai to kodaikanal & Return. Driver waste.Initially in that plan second day trip was Berijam lake but they skip to 3rd day , for that we need to got permission letter to enter into that Berijam lake, I frequently called to Mr.Vignesh from Excursion Explorer, sir did you got permission for that place, he replied sir i already got nu. we travelled 3rd days in that place we called once again to Mr. vignesh he frequently cut my call & replied am in meeting, am in driving nu, Totally half day waste in that Berijam Entrance. After 1 hr Mr. Sugan called from Excursion explorer to me he told sorry sir permission not got to enter into the berijam. Our whole family waiting more than 3 hrs in Berijam Entrance gate & tottally disappointment. They gave alternate plan to go to madurai to see Meenakshi Amman Temple, our family members accepted the plan & went but haif day wasted in that place.In My personal experience with Excursion Explorer very very worst, they did not know the meaning of Tourism & they did not respond properly.

I could say the trip is ok but to be honest not completely satisfied. Also please dont prefer the driver to anyone he is not a person to satisfy the people need and lazy.
