We engaged the services of Mr Nagaraj of E-Travel Solution and we were sadly disappointed with the dishonesty and unprofessional approach of the individual and the organisation. We requested and paid for Four or Five Star hotels during our tour of India in December 2017, and we were booked into three star or lower hotels. We called a number of times, but Mr Nagaraj did not do anything to change the hotels and was happy to take monies upfrontAnyone using e-Travel Solutions in future, please take note, and pay at the end of the tour and not at the beginning like we did to ensure you get the levels of service you pay for.
