Hi, this is my interview experience in Capgemini..I got call from HR and selected for Capgemini and offer letter will share soon.. also I received mail for documents submission request,and submitted every documents which was they asked..After continuous follow up simply I received message for that position was fulfilled with an another person due to education qualification was not met,also they found internal candidate to complete the position.I was shocked.. because once reviewed my profile after that only they called for interview and 2 round complete..if my qualifications not met,they not refuse initially..once got all documents and only few days are remind to receive the offer letter they said such like..Really its not valuable reason. completely waste my of my efforts..I request here after dont play in job seeker..

I have a doubt regarding any payments have to for the interview in Capgemini any one please clear it. Because I heard about the vacancy so I called for query about the job but asked me to pay for the registration then only I will interview link which I have to attend in zoom app. I just want to be aware from fraudulent. So please tell me is this the procedure of recruitment of this company or it is fake one. And more thing they asked only my department rather than that they didnt ask me about which batch or resume etc.,

Excellent atmosphere with good training. Training faculty is good. But canteens are not proper. ACCORDING TO technically this is really a good company for the career to start

They dont have parking facility. You have to park your vehicle in outside only. Dont have proper information about the main entrance. So, you have roaming around the building to identify the main entrance. They have small waiting hall without restroom facility. That is very pathatic. In case your poc( Point of contact) not raised the visitor request you have to wait. Think about the situation. For employees it is very good environment. They have park inside the campus. Lots of trees with chairs. It is nice place for employees.

I joined here as a fresher and its pretty good place for a fresher to get hired and learn some new technologies all way , It has a good and big cafeteria and gym where u can workout after the work and as a fresher you need not to stay in bench for long as you wil get projects early

Need all safety concern

Capgemini in PCT is the worst location in the world. Too much crowd and not managed properly. You have to wait for min 15mins to get a lift.

Not a very modern day architecture or design. Finding place in a lift can take 10 to 20 due to overcrowd. Limited car parking slots.

Good place to start your career.All staffs are well mannered.Cafeteria is good, reasonably priced, but all items in the menu wont be available.

Its one of the Capgemini offices in OMR, other is at siruseri. Its located near karapakam and walkable distance from karapakam bus stand we can easily identify the building from the bus stand even in heavy traffic. We have the parking Available inside the building. General interview will be happens in this location. Every one guide you nicely once you enter the building. We can have canteen avalible inside the building for food.

Good company with nice infrastructure

First of all provide a proper contact number to reach ur office.. And employees are literally treated as slaves here with minimum to no hikes or benefits.. Looting of employees money happens in the name of bonds.. Managers are just spineless and boot slaves for the management.

Its my interview experience with Capgemini ,Based on shortlist of my profile ,I got a call from HR and positively gone through two telephonic rounds and then I received a mail as selected , congrats !! Henceforth for BVG documents are required to offer .release theI submitted all my documents through mail and I was waiting for around 2-3 weeks and no offer has been released .After a week I got a call stating , one of the director wants to discuss with you ,so we will arrange L3 interview , even I gone through that level of round and again after a week , director is requesting to meet in a person and I agreed and went on for F2F discussion.After several follow ups I am hearing like please proceed with your future plans , best wishes .They killed my time and because of Thier delay I couldnt able to join in the new company .I seriously dont understand , why these people are being lathergy and making fun of others life...I really hate the interview process and HR behaviours as well.Peers , Some action to be taken seriously .we are not balls here to play in a ground .

A nice campus with a huge seating availability for all its employees. The prestige towers which has 13 or 14 floors has been occupied by capgemini only. There is enough space for bike and car parking. The place is very tidy and neat too.

No much response from hr particularly from Chennai location. I got selected in interview. But i couldnt contact hr after that. Thry wont reply for emails even though they will mention in emails as reply for any help. Just for formality. Their extension wont work. I could have given only zero stars.

Right on the omr IT corridor, this is a hub and the main office of Capgemini in chennai.The building has an ample amount of parking space with 8-9 floors dedicated to parking. The security is decent with a small park for people to chill around.The building is with latest amenities and also have offices for software AG and SCB.The cafeteria is decent with wide options of South and North indian food with decent prices.Overall a decent IT building with basic stuff.

No proper management. People are calling for an interview here, the one who takes interview will be not available. They will make you to wait for whole day for nothing to be done real interview, if your time is good, it will happen via phone call. Even interview process is not legitimate, not even know whether you have qualified or not. If you attend an interview by luck, you will be getting calls for that over 4months period of time, making you in dilemma whether you are selected or under-process.

They dont have organised procedures for interviews....been there to attend an interview but was never called for an face to face interview.... it was simply a waste of time...My advise if you plan on taking an interview shortlist with a telephonic interview so that u dont keep others waiting....

Great Company. With Bad Infrastructure. Common Cafeteria and the food they served is THE WORST that i have experienced ever.. The Parking facilities are good but the pedestrian path seems to be like a way to Goverment office billing section have to walk like a school children at picnic spot one by one.

This is on the OMR after perungudi located on prestige towers.entrance is manned by contract securities and I went along with my son to attend an interview. i was stopped at the gate and there are no place to sit. hence I went to a sivan temple nearby and on opposite side of road.

Worst Interview which i never had before.I am one of the Physically challenged Girl who had interview with is Company (6th April 2019).They are judge by looking my physical appearance.One of the interview panel member called me for taking up interview.I went his place and he said take your seat.I am not even sit properly.Because i used to walk with using crutches so it took 1 or 2 mins to sit in the chair and need to place my crutches under the chair.He was started to asking the Questions without asking Introduction .He simply asked 3 questions and i answered.Then he said like you can leave now.then i came to my home.Still i dont know his name also...

No good maintenance of building in the aspects of cleanliness, comfort etc
