Poor service, if you Dont stand and see it yourself, all they do it to cheat you by taking shortcuts. They cleaned my interior without even removing anything, the dust was not at all clean, for name sake 3M and the host speak rude as if customer cant afford 3M. Better is 5K car care..

Very good for cars but costlier than other shops. Finishing will be very good.But for me last two visits I hate 3M.1) Front mirror heat protection film was fixed. It is good at summer. But in rainy days you cant even drive gets fog on glass and difficult to drive.2) Bike paint protector film. On the second day its got peel off and the output was very worst.When paying the amount in thousands everyone will expect the neat output.

Good place to get 3M related car services. Went for a windshield sun film. They followed on the appointment and the service was prompt and smooth.

I took my Baleno to 3M two days before. Done with interior and exterior wash. The interior was very horrible and messy. The foam wash did miracle and it looks clean and fresh after the wash. Also I had ceramic polish for my car. The work was very satisfying. I got minor scratches in my car. They were removed during the ceramic polish. And now it looks like a brand new car very similar to the way it looked when I purchased the car.

Totally upset ... Having unskilled worker totally unfit for this business... They put scratches on my new i20 and they are not accepting their faults

3M care Anna Nagar is my favourite destination for adding Value to my Car. The team there is courteous, have a professional approach and punctual. I have felt value for the money in their services. The team clearly explain the options, combo offers, and the benefits. You can choose what you want. One would always love to go back to them for availing their services.

This is by far the worst 3M that I have been to, I had opted for both interior deep clean bacteria wash and exterior wash costing woaping 6k. They gave my car back with a broken back supports and lost all my documents. (Attached document found in their floor completely ruined). Very unprofessional people and their commitments mean nothing as they agreed on their negligence and said they would refund due to their damages caused and then stopped responding to my calls. The name of their Managers are Zubair and Nirmal. I have always opted for premium 3M service but now understanding the truth in their service. I would recommend and warn everyone not to get your car wash/ service from 3M. This is coming from an avid motorhead and car care follower.

Great workmanship and humble staff. I went in to have my car Ceramic Coated. Realistic timelines given and delivered within the committed time. Work was great as well. My car was oversprayed and had a ton of minor scratches and swirl marks. Also some big AC water spots. Everything has been removed with good finish overall.

High Quality Car Detailing. 3M Paint Protection Film and 3M NoMad mates are very helpful. Very professional Engineers. Must visit place for Car detailing.

Recently have done my car interior. Anti bacterial treatement and body paint protection ( teflon coating) . Service was not that great . Found patch s in body not done well . Standards have dropped big time.in 3M ananna nagar from before .

3M ANNANAGAR is a good place for taking extra car of your car but a little pricey.The staff is courteous and friendly.The packages they offer are quite expensive which wards off most customers.For the PPF Paint Protection Film please go with 3M pro. That’s one if the best in the market. But again pricey when compared to Llumar Classic or Platinum which is way better.

Did a Paint Protection Film for my BMW.They charged me 1.16 Lakhs. Finishing is okish with many lines in between. The Manager & Staffs are Very Good and Cordial. Lot of room for improvements. Very Good place to visit. Ample parking space. Keep up your Good work. 👍.

Place for brand freeks... Ultra expensive... Not for small car owners like me.

I did service for 20k window tinting . They dont have inhouse experts so they called local outside service guys to do the job and when I noticed scratches in the 3M sheet. Immediately highlighted they wanted me to wait for 48 hours ,after 3 days owner of the center verified himself and adviced to replace all again. They removed and changed front side but said other sides they need approval from 3M main center Bangalore will get back after 1 month due to covid . But after 1 month no response now they are saying thats the quality defect from 3M brand so they cannot help .. never ever heard 3M brand have defected sheets.. think they are not using 1st quality products .. would not recommend this center for anyone .

3M Annanagar . STRICTLY AVOID PAYING EXTRA FOR 5 year WARRANTY for under chassis coatingReview 2 ( 17 Sept 2021) : I felt cheated!! Got a under chassis coating with 5yr warranty. When i went for a check coating applied on silencer was gone completely and it was rusty. They asked me to pay ₹1400 to re-coat my silencer claiming it won’t be covered under 5yr warranty as that’s a metal part (some excuse.. it was the only place that needed extra coat) when they try to upsell warranty and they wont mention it when you pay for it. Dont fall for itReplying back to 3M reply: I wasn’t informed about this when i was sold the 5yr under chassis coating warranty.Now i know those who want to take this 5yr service warranty can ask questions about it and nothing can be hidden in sales talk (like it was done for me) i don’t see this to be negative as it is more about information sharing to potential new users so they can make a informed decision.Review :1 (3years back) Good team of professionals but expensive.

Best place to have your car look brand new 👆Their customer centric service is extremely good . Complete value for money 👍. They have skilled professionals who do a great job. Must try place amongst all other stores . Would love visiting again and recommend as well .

They did a very nice job in cleaning out the car was not dry completely at delivery and when I wore the seat belt it was wet and dirty so my white shirt was f--- up i presume its just ignorance cause if they were that bad they wont have done a good job.But they also managed to f--- up my AC vents the direction flaps are out of there sockets...🤦‍♂️Overall it was a average job .. good on the interiors but if the ac vents and seat belt would have been given more time it would have been still better

Their work was not upto the mark. The work doesnt match for the cost they charge. I gave my car for exterior paint protection.. totally 3 guys were working on my car out of that 3 . I was completely unsatisfied with one fellow. Other one was normal and 3rd fellow good.

This is the worst place among all other 3m car care. They booked an appointment for some time once you take your car they will say it will get delayed. I take my car for UV. They are giving useless answer. UV will take only 1 to 1:30 hours but they can’t manage the customers. This is the 3rd time it is happening. If you go for any costly service , you will be welcomed with red carpet. All others they will not treat as customers. Worst of worst attitude and behavior.

No proper pricing list. We have to believe whatever the showroom person says. That is a bit disconcerting. Otherwise the 3M is a good brand in itself known for quality products.

Gave my car for interior cleaning. The staff were courteous but whoever did the cleaning has done a bad job. The windshield inside part was splashed with dashboard cleaning spray leaving stains and spots all over the windshield. Has made night driving difficult and leaving me to clean the windshield again in the middle of the highway. The stains are still there on the windshield.Didn’t expect such a shoddy job from 3M Annanagar branch. Looks like no one checked the car condition Post the cleaning.

Not upto the mark of a brand. First time went for basic car wash and the wash exterior was fine. But interior basic touch was super basic . There was a coffee stain in t door. Which goes off with simple swipe. But tat remained after interior was done too. Fixed an appointment fr complete wash and buff n polish and even after appointment they start taking too many cars. When u go at appointment time they say it will delay extra hour. Whats the point of getting an appointment? Poor service in managing the incoming vehicle. And gives lame excuse and tries to manage with halting the previous car. Wont tat affect ur service quality with hurry burry work? Stick to ur promises..... not upto the mark of 3M brand....

Recently i went for Acoustic solutions to be fitted in my car, very worst service by them, they didnt even clean my car after installation, so much of dust and finger prints all over the glass and interiors. Also i dont dont feel any differences in sound after installing acoustic solutions, still i hear the same road and tire noise. Its waste of money...

I have been regularly performing services for my car at various 3M locations. This centre does not offer foam wash alone. Even after fixing an appointment over call, they gave me an appointment time and said Foam Wash was available. On reaching there they said they couldnt bill foam wash alone and the minimum service was wash and wax. The staff were not even apologizing for giving an appointment and were rude.

Extremely disappointed with the last couple of wash + wax on my car. I even subscrbed to their annual wash care packages and have now stopped due to unprofessional work. Quality of work is below average and unacceptably low considering the money charged. Not worth it. Stay away!

Extreme care is taken. But the condition of the boys employed there leaves a lot to be desired. Totally wet floor, no foot wear, and I am not sure if ELCBs are connected to the power supply Input, since an electric leak can prove disastrous.I request the management of 3M to focus on this detail.
