A lot if not most of the times they run on low stock for most items.Itll do but if no one speaks up theyll keep running it into the ground.Staff and helpers are extremely friendly. Dont use plastics which is great. Always have reusable tote bags and cardboard boxes.

After very long time i visited this place, usually I used to visit this place very often but due to the lockdown I missed a lot. Here the product are very good, and you can explore lot of new products, like the grocery, tea, chocolate, juices, bakery, and lot of snacks.

No matter what you buy ang give them cash they will never have change with them. And on top of that the staff says come tomorrow to buy the products, I mean why do u serve customers if you cant keep spare change with you? Such a big outlet with such pathetic service and staff!

By evening time when u visit plz try the eatery available outside of this super market, Especially the chaap shop. Very crowdy for their best variety and taste of all the varieties. Even the frankee rolls are very good and tasty. Best place to visit for evening snacks. Dont forget to try atleast one time in chapp items especially malai chaap.

This franchise is a shame for Nilgiris. Their cash counter representative and managers think they are serving customers for free. I sent a person with a text message to buy cheese singles and the person whom i sent doesnt know much to read or write their sales rep gave me cheese cubes. i asked to return within 5 minutes. They mentioned perishable items cannot be returned and when i called them they are giving rude replies as if i owe them loan. Excuse me, whose mistake it is to send me wrong product? if their sales representative dont know the products they sell? I can see other reviews on their manager is rude and all. If you dont value customers or treat customers well, i dont think they will survive retail market for long.

I am a regular coustmer at this out let & today what i came across was just very bad, Sale executive mr ganesh at the billing is dam rough with the coustmer..... he thinks he is giving products free of cost .... such a big brand should train their people well else no doubt end is very near .

Good inventory but very mediocre customer service. Cashiers are always lethargic and unaccommodating to customers. Need to improve on the human relations a lot.

You will get all basic day to day products here. They also sell in-house products but are priced at a premium. Not a great difference in price but the quality is also slightly better than others. Some branches in Chennai also delivers at home. They have shawarma and sandwich stalls outside with enough parking.

Went to buy Soya chaap sold just outside Nilgiris. both the masala Soya chaap nd the mushroom was well marinated and tandoored to perfection.it is a takeaway shop and you can also buy romali rotis to go along with it.excellent and not so expensive dinner about 120₹ per head
