Nice product and little impressed in the way of customer care.......

I had an awful experience when I tried to exchange a skirt. I had picked up a size which didnt fit. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. When I went to the first floor, there was this lady who treated me as if I had committed a criminal offence by asking for exchange. Such rude attitude and behaviour. I got the smaller size and left the shop with such an unpleasant experience. This is a shop that I avoid going to if I have the choice. Better shop elsewhere where there are well- trained customer care executives rather than at Sridevi.

Went to pick up white sheets to be used for a friends mothers passing away.. The shop is good.. Dont know about other products. We asked for white bed sheets.. And they were able to provide the same..

It took only few minutes for me to choose the dresses as the sales man assisted me efficiently.

Decent one you get Variety of clothing materials over there. Visited the shop for purchasing a table cloth. They had options. But not much.. Not much to say. Overall good. Not too bad but too good. Parking bit clumsy. Dur the place where the shop is situated. They do not accept cards cash. Not sure about Amex Cards. Lot of staffs are there to attend. Good one..

They have limited but good collection of dresses at affordable cost. The staffs are friendly. Instead of spending more on big boutiques worth spending here.

I am customer paying for my dress however I was treated very badly as if I am waiting for something free.I was a customer for 15 years however stopped going to this place. Very very cheap behaviour by the female staff in saree/ salwar section.15 May 2019: To my surprise, the owner lady is very good and she is found in the shop. The quality of service has improved a lot. Appreciate her effort. Changing my review from 1 to 4 stars.
