In light of this, the attitude of the MYTH managers looks especially cynical. Where is this orientation? Maybe it doesnt exist and its just ... MYTH?

The much-praised Igor Mann and his publishing house turned out to be Number 1 in the disgusting customer service. It so happened that I was the happy owner of a gift certificate to this company. And it turned out that I am the most disenfranchised creature you can find. Neither the Law On Protection of Consumer Rights nor the human attitude applies to me. I wanted to order a jacket and a couple of books. To my question, what will happen if I pay part of the order with a gift certificate, part with money, but the jacket will not work for me, can I make a refund? It turned out I can return, but they will transfer the money to the one who presented the certificate. Do you understand the situation ?! I can order, I can return, but I will not see the money or certificate back. Or will I have to call the person who gave the certificate and ask to transfer the money back, imagine this situation? Why this amount cannot be returned in money, another certificate or points to a user account (as in Ozone), any option would suit me - its not clear. Instead of an adequate offer to help me with the solution of the issue, they offered to buy books with all my money and wound off with my miserable certificate (metaphorically). Guys, I honestly have not seen this anywhere. Pass by.
