This is the worst tailor shop that I hav been. Poot and unfair Customer treatment. I went there for a couple of blouse stitching and chudidhar stitching for the very first time. The tailor was not even interested in asking out the designs that I was asking. I felt ignored while giving out the specifications. Then suddenly he had billed the one blouse for which I was giving specifications without even asking if I have any more clothes to give. I was saying I have other clothes to give. He simply ignored and moved on with another old customer. Then I was patiently waiting to see how he treats the next old customer. He was asking all the specifications from them and to my disappoiment he even asked that customer is that it or are there any more clothes to give. That is where i got humiliated to face such an unfair treatment o a new customer. I immediately asked to return the billed blouse to which without even questioning he returned. His attitude was like if yiu want to stitch here u can Stitch else you may leaveSo i request who so ever new customer in Madambakkam to read this review to know how he treats a new customer. Stitching is secondary but treating someone with respect is the first and foremost for any good customer relation.I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there if you want to get respected as a new customer .

I went for blouse stitching but the tailor was rude and unresponsive. The tailor has bad attitude towards customer.

Useless tailor.... Worst of worst attitude...He is least bothered about what customers want. He will just take measurements as per the so called software and it will provide some measurements which will no fit to most of the people who wants tailor made outfut.Generally why do people go to tailor even though it is not economical compared to redymades? The software will provide general fit not custom fit as per your taste and requirements. Finally you would end up wasting your money and material... Experience it...he is not a tailor but a computer operator... His arguments will not be logical at all..., 💯% showoff business with technology... Enjoy

Pathetic. He made wait for 2 weeks and delivered. Fitting and Size is small. He was rude when complained about it and never fixed it. Returned us the money for cloth. Very bad experience. Most of parents from Trileaves had similar experience.
