Very poor customer relationship. No punctuality. When there is delay they wont even talk in apologizing manner.. they think they are the best which is not true.. they are not willing to accept new design suggestion by customers. their attitude will ruin their business for sure.. even small boutiques are doing good job. Worst experience

They have More variety range in fabrics,Perfect customer service & excellent job by staffs,They are fast and very helpfull. I needed adjustments on my orders and they did it all free of charge. I would recommend this company to everyone & really value for money.

Exemplary service

Both the so called Masters now are bad. One old man and another a middle aged man. My waist size was 34, he measured and when I got the delivery it was funny... Master simply said we can alter and reduce 1.5 inches!!! Thats the next waist size!!!! Total fitting looks out of order now... When I thought I was the only one affected , there came another gentle man with a similar complaint in his shirt... The old man so-called master cooly said edpi venomo alter panikalam....that means we can alter however you want....then why the hell did you take measurement....!!!!!! Never ever go here... Local tailors are far good... MASTERS tailors in the same road are the best but too costly but worth it....

Punctuality is very bad.. Quality of stitching is ok.. Especially buttons are not stitched properly. Not customer friendly..

Got suiting and shirting there, and stitching was awesome . Perfect fit . Little costly.

If you want to waste ur garments and Money pls go to this place ...if u give pant material they will make shirt and some time skirt and for sure u will not get in one visit min 5 to 10 time u have to go ... they take full cash from u because they know they will spoil ur dress 100% unprofessional and useless placeI can prove with facts

Worst service . And the shirt I got after stiched was not at al good . Worst reply from their side too. Roadside tailors stitched better than this. I felt an high class stitch. But what I got s uffffff ... waste of money
