Experience in Fabloon : we had to stitch 3 blouses for a wedding.1. Their service Is very poor. We reached the location at 3:00pm . No one was there at the time we reached the place. They made sit aside and they were wasting time in talking with the other labours. Then later on many customers entered, they lady started taking their orders and measurements....We were waiting for about an hour...We were the first to come....2. It was 4:30pm then she came she asked for measurements and models.she also asked for extra cloth for keeping a big bow in the blouse....And charged extra for it. We also sent the model via whatsapp.3. On the day of Delivery, we again went there....And this time the shop was free & the staffs were eating...So I had to again wait for a long time.....They were simply sitting and chatting with each other...They ignored our presence and as usual they were taking orders for the other customers.....4. They did not even stitch the model which we asked for....I told them clearly to keep proper spacing underneath which was not followed.....For the other blouse the bow was kept its was too small...They said there was no enough cloth...(we actually gave a lot of extra cloth than usual) but we demanded to change it....Then she went somewhere and changed it to a big bow.......The 3rd blouse was too horrible no comments, i still dont understand that we gave lot of material and i didnt know were all the cloth went...We gave it for alterations5. Once orders are taken and payment is done they never respond to us in whatsapp( even th tough they are in online) and never attend our calls....6. Nxt day i went to take back my blouse , they said it is closing tym we dont have keys so come later.......The function date was too close but still I havent received a proper outcome....Ruined my silk saree blouses.....service is very poor🙏

I had one of my blouse stitched for the first time. I preferred taking measurements and the Stitching was perfect and the blouse was a perfect fit.

Fabloon is the best boutique for bridal blouses. I got 7 blouses stitched and they did an amazing job!! Julie is so helpful in suggesting designs and my wedding blouse came out so beautiful. All designs were of very good price too. One of the best in south India

Please dont waste your money and time here!!!!worst service. the blouse material we gave was abt 1meter.... and they are demanding 1.5 meters for lining material. how come this is possible...how much ever material you give they say it isnt sufficient..( are u stitching a blouse or a shirt???)…we asked for bunch of tussles at the back of blouse and they charged extra for it...but they just kept a worst design ….Even the local tailors here could understand and stitch properly....they said that their master doesnt waste time in stitching tussles and will take a long time....then why the hell did they say ok for it and charged extra??? no use of having good infrastructure of boutique... should know how to behave respectfully!! people pls dont believe this boutique... they want us to keep roaming around their boutique....they think we are jobless.....I spent so much money for a worst stitching....

So Today I went to fabloon to Stitch my blouse for wedding. My experience :1. They have not removed Vadapalni Location from Google , and I went there . Later when I called they said now the shifted to Nungambakkam.2. When I reached the location around 3.10 pm Staffs where eating , So I waited those staffs were not even worried that a customer was waiting and was completely ignorant about it . so customer service is zero .3. To know about should we wait or not I called again in the number given but she disconnected my call .4. Even when the staffs saw we are leaving ( around 3.40pm ) they were like we dont care attitudeI can understand after getting well established its okay for them to ignore the customers but if this is their attitude then sustaining in this industry would be difficult for them

Cut throat. Stitching is pathetic , they take measurements but still dont stitch properly as they used to. Dont have staff who can follow English. Communication problem is there. Dont keep their promise on delivery date

One of the worst experience with this boutique..I don’t even want to give a single starIF U CANNOT DELIVER ON TIME DON’T TAKE THE ORDERI gave a blouse and top for stitching well in advance and they said they will deliver after a week…Then after a week they said 2 more days for which i said ok…After that 2 days when i went to take the blouse they said it’s still not ready and then said sorry it may take some more timeSo these people think that others don’t have any work and should roam around their boutiqueI just went here seeing all the positive reviews in google which is a BIGGEST MISTAKE

Blouse stitching excellent.

They agreed to stitch sleeves and do embroidery for my gown two weeks back. They tell me on the day of pick up that they can’t do it. Why did they agree to do it in the first place? They knew it was for my wedding and waited till the last minute to tell me this. If they had told me up front that they can’t do it, I could have taken it to another shop atleast. I did not even receive an apology from the lady for this. Would never trust them again.
