Worest customer service. Please avoid them. I had visited them today for my sons trouser alteration. The first question asked by the lady in reception was why do you come here? They are behaving like monopoly tailer for MVM school. Many parents were standing in que like school admission. We need find alternative for ARC. Will give the feedback back to school management. They dont stich as per the measurement. They have number for age & class and they match with it and not the actual measurements. We have to pay what ever they ask for. We dont know what is the cost of cloth, how much quantity needed, what is for stitching? Charges also very high compared to market price. Please share the alternatives if someone explored it
