Positive:• Allows for an extremely early lunch by the citys standards: order taken as early as 11:20, whereas the nextdoor Nepalese all-you-can-eat buffet opens up at 11:55 (at its very earliest).• Quality entrecôte beef, albeit rather small (225 grammes).• Fast service.• Heartwarming old-school diner refillable plastic mayo and ketchup bottlesNegative:• Bread&butter werent offered, whats the norm in local brasseries eslewhere in town.• The toilet room is tiny, run down and messy• The worlds worst pepper gravy (sauce poivre) was served with the entrecôte: a slimy broth reeking of wet rag/dog with a few measly tasteless black peppers floating in it.• An unpleasant dodgy location: train station nearby; across the street — a hospital that was on duty; even a homeless person sleeping on the ground.• House wine way overpriced.

An excellent little restaurant in the Place de Paris area, ideal for your lunches. A small room with around forty covers, no notable decoration but a family spirit, a welcome always warm and smiling. Varied and well cooked dishes, always very good. The dishes are renewed regularly, all for a very affordable price. For your lunches, remember to reserve places are limited. I really recommend this little restaurant to eat well, quickly and cheaply.
