Really ground, I am saying this as loyolite. It is Very adequate spaced play ground. You will enjoy to play there.

Ground is surrounded by trees. Wind is the biggest factor that has to be considered. Plan accordingly and win the games with the help of wind. River sand was there on 30% of the ground. When ball reaches that river sand it never moves.
