Decent service, but it needs a lot of improvement. The place is infested with mosquitoes and the management should definitely do something about it. Ive been a regular of Essensuals across Chennai and this one by far has been my least favorite. It would be great if they could concentrate more on the service rather than selling their packages.

Had a haircut yesterday. Worst of it all. I had my long hair and wanted it to trim.. I have said him the size and how long I wanted it to be. He started off in a good way, but when he finished cutting. Im freaking disappointed to the core, he had cut my entire long hair. I feel bad for choosing this outlet, it really sucks. I regret for my decision to have a cut.. wish I could give 0 stars, but it doesnt allow me.

The service was good ! @yokesh..But my only concern is warm water for hair wash, I asked it more than three visits still no more about update on it. We can compromise but not at all the times..

I loved my hair long and wanted to retain the current style.. until a so called senior stylist kept chopping it off despite me telling him several times not to.. I looked super funny and got mocked at work and its been almost 4 months now and my hair is still messy. I regret losing my long hair.. and visiting this place was one worse decision I made a few months ago.Warning: No matter what your choices are.. they will do it their way.. if you still chose to go ahead.. be prepared...

Very worst experience, I have went so many times to pammal branch - irritating lift is not working , swiping machine is not working, and last time even printer also not working so they didnt provide me bill. And regarding to the services they are not saying who is stylist and who is senior stylist for all of them they are charging as senior stylist price. If we are asking particular stylist for next time - they are charging as senior stylist. And also there is no constant stylist for all the months. Last month we have did higher end Facial around 2900, no change nothing very much furstrated. I didnt found not even a single change in my face. Also there is no numbers in equipments, the stylist is waiting and roaming to other chairs and taking.... Very worst experience. Kindly revert me back for the above concern.
