Month of Visit: November 2019Positives:.1. Easily accessible Ceat Shoppe for Chennai Outskirts prospects..2. Located just beneath Vandallur-Kanchipuram 4-way Flyover. (Easily cut through traffic)..3. Tyre Removal and Tyre Replacement are done through hydraulic machines..4. Liquid wax is applied before fixing new Tyre..5. Soap water is poured through Brushes to look for leakages..6. They have RestRoom facility as well for customers..7. Comparatively, newer stocks available.Scope For Improvement:.1. Upto 4 weeks old stock only should be made available..2. Hydraulic machine could have been Rust-Free..3. Hydraulic machine could not have removed paint coating on Alloy Rim..4. If 4+ week old tyres are sold to Customers, compensatory/additional warranty could have been provided.Negatives:.1. Fast Moving sizes (example: all the Japanese 150segment street sport models FZ/R15/GIXXER/HORNET/etc use same 140x60xR17 63P tyres + 100x80xR17 52P tyres) could have been replenished sooner than waiting for complete lot to be sold out.

Their service is superb and the service staff is courteous in their behavour. They know their job. I got my car tyres changed from them and it was a pleasant experience.

Tyre quality is very worst...I have faced manufacturing defects in two tyres of my car...For 1 tyre they made me to wait for 3 months...Staff behavior is very aragant...Their response is very poor... customer handling is very worst
