Yes the comments written is 100% true. Even iam disappointed and never expected this unsatisfactory delivery from Anuj few days before. Literally 90 perc tiles are edge broken and thier inspection team convincing me to lay tiles with this damaged tiles and not ready to take back. How cruel are they with the customers... Really someone read these message from Anuj I believe somebody good hearted person will take necessary action. Only in india we pay money and get defect piece. Adding photos of the damaged piece for which the Anuj team force us for no replacement. Every employee pleasing thier bosses and management but not loyal to employer

They also have Indian and Western Closets , wash basins , Mirrors and Bathroom accessoriesThe main advantage is same day delivery , but transportation costs have to be paid separately . But a major drawback is indifferent attitude of the sales staff . But an exception was one Mr Satish, who was ready to help and ensured we had a pleasant shopping experience . Atleast 10 - 20% of the tiles will be broken, even if its more than that they will claim that the roads to your location were bumpy hence we cannot be liableLong term(time) review:Pls dont go to this ANUJ brand, i purchased around 2.5 lakhs worth tiles for my new building thinking that they will be of good quality, but later did i know its a money centric firm. First when i went to the showroom with my contractor the shop was huge and they have all varities but sadly no employees to attend the customer, all of them were sitting together and chatting or engaged on their mobile phones. After selection they did not provide me any discount even after making purchase for a huge amount. Whats more shocking is they charged me Rs.4500 for transportation charge to deliver within the city (Porur to Kolathur) which has to be paid as well. The tiles were said to be delivered next day but delivered only after numerous calls and a 24 hour delay. The tiles i bought were long size (5.25 x 2.75) for my hall and bedrooms only after installation i found that all of them were 2nd grade bent tiles, the tiles were not settling to each other at the edges and some were bend on middle others on the top/bottom, due to this there is no smoothness when walking it is hurting our feet. They were showing good ones at the display but when sending all of them are bent and broken, when contacted there were no response and after numerous calls and visits to showroom i was told that there is no return or exchange policy which proves one has to be lucky to NOT lose your hard earned money to this 3rd grade company.

No collection of tiles. They just have 4 to 5 varieties. The price of the tiles are too expensive. They charge 10% of the tile price higher than other shops. they say no return and no exchange once purchased. This is because they have damaged tiles.Very bad experience with them.poor service, low quality, high price.Think and compare before you buy from them.

It is very big tiles showroom located in Porur . More number of collections are there . If you go there you can get many ideas. Sometimes too many collections of tiles may make us confused but the people work there really helpful and gave some ideas . We bought tiles for our new bought house. It was satisfied.

Best suppliers and good in quality best services

Wanted to buy tiles from Chennai showroom on kundrathur rd for kodaikanal to be shipped from their warehouse in cbe. Most salesman were unwilling or just plain not interested in the sales. Chennai and cbe are company run showroom. Finally contacted cbe showroom wired money and got it transported the next day. I appreciate cbe branch guy for getting it done smoothly.Extraordinary times like these when any customer hardly walks into a showroom.. attitude of the people in chennai showroom is lot to be desired. Anuj tiles will not be my choice next time.

Really liked dealing with Best Tile on a bathroom project. And Flooringtiles and huge slabs are Reasonable prices and selections. We have been to several other places, but it was nice to also get great customer service. We dealt with supervisors at their warehouse was very patient and gave us some good ideas on options and colors.

They have limited tiles, they dont care. Customers come in looking for tiles and even if they call their response will be be minimum. Not so welcoming and negotiating isnt possible, then I found a store I was very happy with the collections and price

No response and worst service ever

I had a worst experience with this shop. Yesterday 23-Dec-17 I bought tiles for my house and I paid the full amount. Within 30 minutes I wanna change a part of the elevation tiles. But they strictly refused to change or refund the amount for the partial change. I didnt take delivery and all the tiles were still in their shop. This is worst customer experience Ive faced so far. I request all the people not to buy from this shop. The price is also not cheap compared to nearby shops. I dont wanna give even a single star, since there is no option to negative value I gave one star. I hate it.

They are the worst tile store I have ever seen. The staff r below average. As many as so many stores give discounts on bulk orders these guys don’t budge at all. Collections are limited and poor. More than anything the owner doesn’t respond to any queries. They have no customer trust at all as much as they want us to trust them. Worst place to choose. Instead take time to go to stores inside the city like parrys nungambakkam. I wish I cud give no star. I have no choice but to give this one star. Pls consider this one star as no star.

To day I had a visit and spent around 2 Hrs. Good collections but all of your staff members are very bad and not responsive. select ad train good mannered persons. Chennai guys are not suitable but out station people are doing best in every where.

I have built two houses and was very much satisfied with this company. Reason no 1 is the Range of Tiles and all the associated products (Bath and kitchen fittings etc). Customer service has been good ! Reason no 2 : Quality - the customer service rep was able explain in detail the product. Reason no 3: Price. Better priced because they told they are only company having manufacturing plant near chennai itself (uthiramerur) thereby reducing cost passing benefit to the customer.
