A fine place to shop quality garments. The price is right better than several brands. The quality of the footwear you get here is really good.Some times the garments fade with a easy, but I think that depends on the material, it is not the case always.The foot wear section is overflowing with slippers more variety of different styles need to be stocked and showcased.Good shopping.experience.

Overwhelmed to see the bright floral collection after running around to a couple of other stores. This outlet at Forum has a very unique collection and a good ambience too. The footwear is also quite unique

As always a trustable TATA brand, the franchise is maintained well with two floors, good collection of womens and mens wear. As always trendy collections by nuon and on trend mens collection. Collection for womens are more fashionable and variety of brands. Well behaved Staffs.

Good place for family shopping. But they need to update or add more brands for the customer.

VR Malls Westside is quite bigger than the one in Forum & Express Avenue. They are maintaing safety measures during the pandemic. All trendy collections are available and the shop is located in the ground floor & this is first shop you can see while you enter into the mall from parking.Polite staffs. A good place to shop all collections in a single place, as they have seperate floor for men & women.

Always well stocked with latest arrivals but this time pretty empty but service as usual polite courteous and prompt. Always like shopping at Westside

Quality will be fine but the variations to select is few. Even the cost would sound huge but if quality is the preference, then this can be good enough. Service was good. It would be more better if they could bring in more different apparels to choose from.

Overall, that was a gud experience. Salesman Sundarapandian was so kind n patient in helping our shopping there.

The variety and designs are really good . Quality wouldn’t say much as slipper soles come off in a few days of regular usage ! The main complaint for me is that the shop keepers bug you by following you everywhere with an inch gap , intruding into ourConversations regarding the clothes and suggesting their own which is completely not necessary. I think we can pick our own clothes and ask for help when required . It’s extremely irritating and we left early only because of that !

Note my Earlier review separated herewith below.As per their response, I already sent my email to them describing the problem with the photo of damaged cloth and relevant bills. Their reply assured response in 2 biz days. Now with almost 10 days gone, I have not got any reply from them regarding the action being taken, in spite of my reminder too.. It is unfortunate that a brand like Trent is not honoring its commitment to quality and time and taking customers for a ride..If I dont get response from the management of the Westside in forum mall,chennai, I dont have other alternatives than posting the damaged cloth picture in the review here.Hoping for a response soon from them.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Day before yesterday we bought 2 long chudidhars, but we were very interested in one chudidhar in which XL was not available. The shop floor lady (Namitha) told us that there is one available and will come next day. I went and got that next day and gave to the malaysian person who needed it. She went to Malaysia and I to Qatar the same night. After a day it was found that there is a torn section of the inner wear which was given to us. The dress is costly ar Rs 4409. I am not sure that I retained the bill. Now that the dress has gone outside India, it is difficult to get back to the shop to return. A very trusted and branded shop like WestSide can pass on the torn dress is unexpected. I hope the management understands the seriousness and respond to me about their mistake and convey to me the action from their side.If the management wants, I can email the photo of torn section and the tag separately to the mail address they mention.
