This is one of the worst experience that we have ever had. We have confirmed the booking before the arrival and we called them 2 days earlier about the booking. The manger has asked all of the guests ID verification and we did not have it. We have asked the manager why you did not tell us when we confirmed during the booking and he was kind of putting some reasons like who did you talk to. Also, I dont understand why he needs all of the guests ID as in our family couple of old people who does not bring their ID with them. If the manager whould have told us during the booking, we would have bring it. For some reason, he has the intention not to give us the room which is kind of the discrimination. We did not want to argue and left the place.We advise the travelers not to stay or book the room at this place. By the way, we found lot of similar hotels next to them and all they need is just one ID for booking not all of the guests ID.To Manager: You have hurt all of our family members which we have come all the way from Ramnad to stay in your hotel with the hope. Truly Value for money if you booked around 800 for 2 guests. This hotel is located nearby to the airport and the main road with a bus stop is just 150 meters away. I had a nice stay but not sure whether it is suitable for couples. The room is really great with all necessary amenities(TV, AC, Floor Wi-Fi), the bathrooms are also clean and good because this hotel might probably a newly constructed one I think. Nothing complaining about the amenities and the room, only the service could have complained at some cases.And I suggest to Use OYO or Goibibo for booking. Because, I booked a room for 1 guest, which costs even less than 600 on Goibibo.

Stay here for a night. Staff unpleasant booked a room with ac. AC doesnt work tv doesnt work they charged us over the price for a extra bed. Overall review stay some else.

Good for one or two nights. Small but nicely done rooms. New property. Only rooms in the building, no sitout or addnl space. Open parking for 1 or 2 vehicles only. Not adequate for long SUVs or longer cars. They bring food from outside but quick service. Staff is very cooperative.

No 1 very low behavior from room service

Dont expect big rooms, it has tiny rooms filled with double bed at ground floor. If you get it cheaper, then only go for it. For family,Recommended for Max 1-2 days. May be bachelor can stay longer. Good thing is, its near to pallavaram market as well as airport. Card payment was not available my time.

Its a decent hotel. a small one but neat and clean. location is not so good. and No food ordering facilities. u can order through zomato, swiggy, foodpanda. i booked this as its near to airport and our layovers was like 8-9 hrs. So its gud to take rest here atleast.

Terrible and Rude manager. He did not inform us to bring all of our guest id during phone call confirmation while booking. He thinks this hotel is like more than the supreme court and parliament. First the manager should try to maintain the room neat and clean as specified. If we look at many reviews, most of the reviews talked about how they handle it regarding cleanliness, hot water not coming and etc. So before you ask ID to every guests, first you make sure to fix all of your problem …….If he ever allows anyone without ID to any of the guests in the future, he will get SIN. I agree that he wants all of the guests ID, nothing wrong. But he should have informed us earlier while booking so that we could have bring our IDs.

Rooms are clean and comfortable at a budget friendly cost. Very near to airport. At the centr of pallavarm.Overall a good decent choice for those looking near airport

Nice location near airport just 4.5 kms. Reasonable rates. Rooms were clean. Front staff at reception were very cooperative. Just one thing that they do not have restaurant.

Charge extra 800 rs for my 10 year kid, where i informed about all visitor on #goibibo. I asked for check in rooms, they make my family to wait at repection, which is not necessary, coz i hd to do all formalities. Switches broken Taps broken, hd to call at repection to switch on/off ac coz they dont hv remote, and to call repection from mobile coz intercom is not working. At night 1 am stuck in toilet for 15 min coz water is not coming, hd to call again form mobile to repection for this issue. In morning called for tea at 7 am, and got at 8.15 am. Strongly recommend NOT to visit.

I didnt expect so bad service and facilitiesno hot water - hot water tap was not working, complained three times - no resolution provided.no spoons provided to have breakfastbreakfast was not hot.lift not working yesterday evening, was struck for more than 10 munitesno drinking water providedtowel not provided, when asked, replied as dhobhi hasnt come, provided after requested.when asked for early check-in, replied as rooms are not available, I had to book for two days, I had observed many rooms were not occupied.

Good hotel for stay in budget.

Spacious and clean room, In the 2 BHK we stayed they also had proper kitchen with all equipment, and two halls , one had meeting table and chairs which is perfect for any business meeting and presentation also.Calm surrounding. It was a pleasant stay there. Will stay there again if stay there.

Good place for a night halt as far as value for money is concerned. Rooms are very small, More then two in a room( Even a child) is not recommended. Cleanliness needs a check. As far as bedsheets and covers are concerned

Price is high when compared to the size of Room. Bathroom is not up to the mark as no Towel hanger. TV is not working properly. No drinking water provided. Compli.Breakfast is very poor. I wont suggest this hotel to anyone. Room Attenders attitude is very poor.

Good place for stay. It has all basic aminities and is also close to the airport. Its easy to reach from pallavaram station and bus stand.

Almost new property.....Very courteous staff.....The owner too takes lots of interest in guiding the guests if you are out of town person and would like guidance for visits.....I feel the price is a bit higher for its location. However the overall experience of staying in this hotel is a good one

The hotel is in a pretty smelly place. There is an odd odour everywhere. The bathrooms were poorly maintained with broken sinks and faucets. The bed was uncomfortable and creaked on small movements which made it difficult to fall asleep. The only perk is that it is pretty close to the airport and you can get there in 15-20 minutes.

Interior of OYO rooms is very exclusive……Overall good stay and I just love to stay again….

I booked the hotel for 4 hrs with airport drop for 1800 and when checking in the front desk guy informed me drop is optional and money can be deducted if not utlized. During checkout when i changed the plan not to utilize airport drop the guy was such rude and changed his word completely. Not at all worth for huge money what we pay. Rooms are not tidy and can see pieces of hairs and mud.When i say i will write review, he showed me such an attitude go and write review i dont bother.Think twice before choosing this.

A small hotel in a by-lane. Affordable with basic amenities like a.c., led TV, twin bed. Very small room.

Room is very small and it’s best for single person.one thing I disappointed is that,the receptionist told me that I can order food there itself.so I have decided and given my order ,the order had came like almost 1hour later,in the menu card is shows veg rice 110 they ,in the bill charged 120,mutton soup 80 but charged 120,mushroom fried rice on menu card was 120 but charged 140 baby corn 65 is 95 but charged 110 .it was ridiculous.then I asked the person at reception,he said that these are old menu card without GST and included Delivery charges and also on .it looks totally rubbish ,better u can go outside and eat a lot of variety nearby,cheaty fellows

Room is good, but bathroom is average, no drain pipe for wash basin and no hot water service.

Bad service... They allot room to simultaneously to other people creating menace unnecessarily and .. Bed sheets were stained with blood and oil... Told to change.. but first refused saying its evening. Really had a bad experience.

Well, its not de luxe and it was a problem with payment.I pay u booking online prepayment , but there when need to go they asked me to pay again as booking.com not tranfer money ??? So I call u office f India hotel to see where is a problem and its recorded ......, in short , I paid again to they leave me to go,if not pay , they will nto leave me to go ....It was not problem , friendly speaking but .... I need to pay as booking .com not transfer money So its very bad ......, questionis why u work with this idiots booking.com , if nto paying ....... They show me booking and written payment in hotel ....., but I paid u in advance So , u will return me money or how u will return me ? If u send me moeny by card it will be all fees again I will send u payment copy ,what paid in hotel as now leaving to Europe Also there is other claim for British airways fligh I book over u , VCE-London-HK London -VCE , but will inform u if arrive in Europe , as BA is totaly idiots

It was very worth of money, the room was super quality I recommended strong for happy stay the restaurant and all shops are very near.
