I have visited many styling lounges but this is very unique. I go as a family with my son and daughter and they always welcome with great warmth.Clean and hygenic place especially during the pandemic which has become the new norm. Their stylists are really talented and I dont choose what style I want and I leave it them and I always feel your fashion is in safe hands.

One thing that I have hated the most in saloon space is that every time you show up, there will be a new person you will have to explain everything and you are never sure how he will do it. It will be great if there someone constant who understand your style very well which exactly is what you get in Studio Lounge. I have been going there for the last 7+ years. You will get a friendly welcoming comfortable vibe in Studio Lounge.

Recently I have done my smoothening and I wanted to do a hair spa , the owner and the staffs refused and asked me to do else where . How cheap , this is how they treat a customer 😠😡 I called them again the refused upfront saying some construction work is going on , I would NEVER recommend this saloon to anybody , how RUDELY they denied a booking seriously very Unprofessional and very UNETHICAL behaviour !! I feel like giving them ZERO star for the way they spoke .. Please do learn some BASICS CUSTOMER ETHICS !!

Worst saloon in Chennai, first they refused to accept nearbuy payment even on appointment. Secondly, my wifes haircut was done in the worst possible way. The stylist there doesnt know anything about hairstyling. Length of her hairs was reduced without permission and they were not ready to accept it.I think they give worst service if you are using any discount offer. Will suggest not to opt this saloon for ladies. Nungambakkm branch

The hair stylist for the men is an experienced person. Me and my husband have been there for our wedding bridal make up. The male staff who did the styling for my husband did a great job!!!But the female staff was not upto the mark. Basically it was two different people for the reception and wedding. For the reception I wanted a different hair styling, she forced me to go as per her wish and will.. I was unable to make any changes at the moment cuz it was too late to change Anything. It was my big day and I was totally disappointed for choosing them. For the wedding it was a different female staff, she promised to get the make up and the sari draping done within an hour but she kept dragging it and finally my cousins had to come and help me get ready cuz it was getting late for the wedding too. Plz train ur women staff well.Branch is : Mahalingapuram BranchThis is not a fake news. I would have literally missed my wedding because of the staff.
