Hi i did my engagement and bridal makeup here.... the most and the worst money minded business person i have ever seen ..first the owner ask u to book service after booking instead of focussing on the things need to be done she tries to manipulate u into paying into other services.... not concerned about yiur big day ..on my wedding i was promised hd makeup and i paid a huge amount but i did not get had look it looked like some ordinary makeup ... so i wanted ro give her feedback before paying the full amount .... but she started cursing me on my big day and emotionally manipulated me .... the worst experience ever ....she literally needs only koney as long as she can extract she will wxtract she is unconcerned about customer service happiness... leave out the service o have never seen a toxic worst human like her

This is my second visit to the parlour. The parlour looks very clean & neat as its a newly opened one. But the workers lack skills here. I m highly disappointed with the service I received there today. I had spend almost 3 hours just for a haircut , eyebrows threading & full arm waxing!! Thats a loooot of time!! By this time I would have done atleast 5 services in any other parlour.Haircut took a long time but its fine. Waxing session completely disappointed me!! The girl who did waxing is not trained at all!! She almost ripped off my skin. I was about to do a full waxing service, seeing her wax my hands I cancelled all other services. I have been waxing for almost 10yrs now.. this is the worst experience ever !!I would request the management to give training to the staffs there or hire some skilled staffs.Overall i will not recommended this place to my friends & family !!

Because of some urgency i tried for second time.Had facial and waxing.There are steps to follow while doing facial massage.These people really lack work experience.They are simply training on customers face.I had patches all over my face after two days.Need to ban this kind of saloons who does this kind of worst service which damages to skin.For waxing they are applying wax very hotly.Had severe burning pain for two days.This kind of saloon should be banned .Pls be cautios while trying new saloons.

I had done waxing for underarms and upper back and they have ripped off Rs.900 for this service which is not acceptable and the same service would have costed between Rs.300-400 elsewhere , when asked about higher charges, there silly excuse was we charge double the charges for men, is there any rule that men should not wax and if they do, they have to pay double the charges?. Seems they dont have much customers visiting and they are looting whoever visits. Beware of this place.

Worst ever service. Highly not recommend. I have had a very very very very bad experience. Useless service. If there is an option for negative star I would have given that. Its not eligible for one star also. Second worst experience faced today. Came for pedicure. The staff didnt even know the basic of pedicure. Worst ever service. I believe this should be reported to proper channel to make sure whether the staff learnt about the basic services. It seems that they are doing experiment on the customers. Highly disappointed for the second time.

I occasionally visit spas to rejuvenate myself and my body.Mostlu for a relaxing time of massage and peacefulness.Few of my experiences have better than others,but i never had a bad experience until my day at splash.the therapist seemed to lack training in massage techniques.Lack of patience.Disappointed with the service finally and this has been my horrible experience.My strong recommendation is to omit this splash from your spa plans.

Too costly...not up to that mark.. for simple beard trimming charge for 150 rs. I wont recommend others sorry...
