📢 Alert ⚠️Check twice and thrice by calling the reception is it confirmed or not after fixing an appointmentI came all the way from perungudi to do a pedicure service which made me shocked to hear from the receptionist at the time I reach the lounge.The receptionist is asking me did I fix an appointment and he forgot about the me waiting for him for 10mins as he said he need to arrange it immediately.In meanwhile I went nearby shop to buy things to eat and returned back within 10mins and very shocked to hear that the appointment is canceled before I reached back later by 11th minute.Also it was informed rude to me that he doesnt care even if write a review in Google about the service.So lethargic and poor service people which was appointed by Naturals.Came all the way so far to meet this such and attitude guy.To the company: People like him will definitely spoil you name and fame.

Had a very good experience at this branch. The hairstylist assigned to me is named Sagar. Hes from West Bengal and did an amazing job. He also is very careful and patient which cutting your hair and takes utmost care not to hurt the client. Im sure hell be amazing with kids too. You can call them and make sure hes there before going.

The best salon around in Nungambakkam. The staff are really friendly and professional. I’ve been their customer for over 5 years now and have not been disappointed even once. Mr Prakash is my regular stylist and he gives great suggestions and is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
