All recent reviews are fake.Price is not at all worth for the services offered.Unhygienic (See the rat on used plates)Caretakers are rude.They ask girls to wear proper clothes and not to talk to stranger guys inside the property for OUR safety but their bathroom and toilet windows are way too open for anyone to look through without struggle. My room was 212 and when I saw my room from the reception I could see inside of my bathroom. I have attached pictures for all of your reference.When I complained about it they just covered my washroom with a bedsheet!And yeah a girl and a guy can be together in a room during day but not after 8 PM. Because…? God knows! I think its because things which are against THIER moral policies can happen only after 8 PM not during the day time at all!!! Note against their moral policies not the LAW.I have lot more to say but I will do it once I get picture proofs.

Pros:-1.Very near to Sipcot IT park companies like Capgemini,Atoms, cognizant nearly 1.5km.2.Friendly environment3.Rooms and beds are clean.(Bathrooms are not good in some Rooms)4.Zomato,Swiggy, .....Big basket All kinds of food delivery and grocery delivery service available.5.Every room has balcony having good view.( Photo attached)Cons:-1.You cant get any grocery item without traveling 1.5km even tea shops are also not there nearby you have to go to the main road which is 1.4km.(If you have vehicle then it is okay).2.In Some rooms Bathrooms are horrible.(photos attached)3.If you are a non-alcoholic and non-smoker, make sure you share your room with someone like you. If you are the odd one out in a 4 sharing it will be uncomfortable for you.4.For any issues in room you have to rise tickets.But they wont respond to that tickets or your words.5.Food two times a day you have to adjust in this.6.More Power cuts and WiFi is bad (sometimes it will have good Speed other time speed is in bytes)

This is the worst zolo homes I have been to.. no maintenance. Worst behaviour.. the housekeepers behaviour is worst.. due to these peoples zolo is getting bad name.. zolo please remove this house on your website. The people are very rude.. the house keepers steal our things and then quarrel with us for only asking and not even ready to listen.. just talking bad words.. and dont even talk about the food.. the worst food I have ever tasted.. people dont get fooled just because it is near siruseri sipcot.. please dont use this service.. u will regret this for life..

Very bad management, when there is an issue management will not support .They wont even attend calls and enquire about the problem.Staffs opened rooms for cleaning and stolen things from room and when asked response from Managers Radha krishnan and Gopinath was rude .Not recommended.

Staying here has a feel like an Apartment with foods provided. You have many facilities here as it includes Television inside your room, local language channels are likely available here. You have Air Conditioner too for which if you switch it on youll have to pay only the EB charges(Rupees 8 per unit). There are many types of rooms here like 2 sharing, 3 and 4 sharing rooms with affordable space for living. You are provided with separate bed with pillow and Room services are done regularly to maintain neat environment. The management crew is doing a great job here for arranging parties during New Year and other festival celebrations. You can visit the Zolo application in Playstore for more details.

Zolo community have many good branches but this one(Zolo homstel @chennai) you should keep in a exceptional case. Very poor management, food is very worst(particularly at this COVID time). People at management level are very lethargic. Even half of the original rent would be higher for the service they are providing. But this is the better place to the people who is doing entomologist. Everything you can see lively.

The services provided are pathetic and it feels to be trapped here. The promises made in its advertisement are bogus. Zolo does marketing saying it as flat/PG but treatment is like hostel where you are restricted for everything, like restricted entry after 7pm, permission for common areas, staying awake outside the room after 12o clock, etc. Moreover even on reporting the complaints like staff misbehaviour by multiple tenants(>10) the response they provide is sorry for incovenience no action taken, and the misbehave continues.They claim to have unisex environment but ridiculously comment on a group having both boys and girls. Whether it be food or other service your complaint/feedback is not valuable until there is a humungus issue and that too is resolved by same message sorry for the inconvenience.

Rooms are spacious, good ambience as well and average hygiene. Services could have been better. Also the concerns that have to be taken immediate action takes very long time. NearBy PG to majority of companies in Sipcot it park. But connectivity from main road is far.

The zolo is worst. In Five hotel also not consider one or two hours but Zolo they will forgot check in time but check out should be consider if it cross midnight then they considered one more day. And they loote our money then they simply say rise ticket. For every thing they just say rise ticket tickets. Maintenance is worst they should not exchange bedsheets for every 15 days. Food is unimaginable food around 3 days per week that food look like not for humans.

Pg room is spacious.2 sharing is decent.Staff is very negligent about servicing people staying. Food has variety but same taste. No other hotel is available near to eat.Only swiggy, Zomato is a option. Since it is very far from main road, for small things also u need to take a bus to main road.

Not a nice place to live. Every other day some fights take place over petty things like sitting in the common areas, going outside the property in night, having friendship with boys and girls together, food quality, service complaints, and many more.The management is ridiculous and higher designated people do not bother to make any effort to make things better. No peace, no freedom, extravagant bills of electricity, no clarifications.Moreover some staff will request you to give fake 5 star-rating as they are assigned tasks from the zolo administration

WORST PEOPLE RUN THIS PLACE. Stayed in this place for the past few months. Initially everything went good. Then, they start to loot via additional charges and EB Bill. No proper response after initial few months from the proprietor. Lot of cheap yet furnished flats are available nearby Siruseri and Navallur.

WORST PLACE TO STAY. The so called Care-Taker in this property cheats with fake EB Readings and Bill. EB Bill initially started at Rupees 500/Month, now it is around 2000/Month. They gradually increase the Price and ask for additional charges.

Decent place for bachelors to stay esp those working at SIPCOT Siruseri. Rooms I saw, I felt, could be better maintained. GPS shows a long route to the place. Better to talk to them and take directions for quickest route from wherever you are on OMR.

This place is amazing with all the things you need this place has WiFi,fridge, washing machine etc .It is basically a PG but from the looks it is hardly recognisable its like u are living in a hotel room.If you are working in an MNC near sipcot IT park then this will solve your accomodation problems.Also here you have to pay one month rent as a security deposit and there is no private room just 2,3,4 occupancy.

This place is good to stay at if youre working in Siruseri IT park. Food is okayish. Rest its a good value of money pg. And the roooms are quite spacious, which is why i chose this over other PGs

Its very far away from the main road. Almost 1.3 km walking distance from the main road but near to the Siruseri SIPCOT IT park. Infrastructure is good but it is not maintained properly. No cleanliness. No fans in the game room. Kitchen is not well maintained.

I pre booked for a room in homestel using zolo app..since it took more than 2 days for confirmation I put a cancel request. So far I didnt​ get my pre book money.
