Extremely poor service. Delays at every turn and a lot of over-promises and lies with very low quality output. Be careful of Suresh as he will lie and over-promise and under deliver. I paid them more than US$10k and got a very very poor Magento website that is still being fixed. The backend Magento Dashboard is a complete mess. NEVER EVER PAY THEM UPFRONT - NOT EVEN THE SMALLEST AMOUNT until the work they have completed has been checked thoroughly by a 3rd-Party Developer! They will ask for money first then purposefully delay over fixing bugs and producing webpages (not small delays - even font-size changes take 2-3 weeks and they took close to 3 months to program 4 webpages which still had so much issues). When I disengaged from them and sent my project to another Developer, the new Developer did an audit and uncovered tremendous amounts of issues. We have the results of the Code-Audit in case anyone would like to see the poor quality of Webnexs work.Webnexs, in substance, has very poor programming skills, but they will lie and over-sell themselves such that they are great. You will only see the poor quality of theirs once you have engaged them and paid them. Best to not engage them at all.Pls do not believe most of the positive reviews that they have in this section. Almost all of their positive reviews are written by their own employees.
