I booked a uber bike from crowne plaza chennai to opposite cloud nine hospital.. i was told by the driver he is coming.... i was waiting for more than 10 minutes.... i called him & told him that Im standing in staff gate of crowne plaza ... He after making me wait for so long he cancelled the trip & you guys r taking money from me... ????? Very bad service.... This isnt done... Ill not use ur aap... As Im ur regular customer..... But sorry to say that Im truly upset with u.... All the times i cant take this... Your drivers never give change.... thats fine... This is wrong.

Do not use Uber in India.Terrible service, drivers play the system to scam customers.Booked airport pick up, driver was 7 min away, then drove for 30 min away from me, then cancelled the pick up. When I told Uber he has wasted my time, they just repeated the same scripted message. No support at all, they protect the drivers, and could not care less about the customers.Second situation, booked a hotel pick up, driver parked up 100mt down the road, said he was at the pick up location, and waited until he got the “wait fee” - then arrived at my location pretending he was lost. Told Uber, they just repeated the same scripted policy message. Without even reading what I had to say.Don’t use Uber in India, they drivers scam, you can get better prices on other apps, or just get a tuk tuk. Quicker too.

Why cant Uber India try stopping one of the disgusting habbits followed by taxi drivers. Please atleast Uber (Biggest taxi compant) can do it. Why to some illegitimate uber drivers want to ask on call that “ where are we going/or where you want to go inspite of we mentioning the drop location on the app. Please appoint desent drivers like in the U.S.A.

The worst!!. The app showed three times the cost of the ride estimate. This happened to me twice. The drivers are rude. There was no response from the customer care number. A complete rip off, exploitation to a next level wouldnt never recommend to anyone.

I had bitter experiences with some of the drivers. I have records to show that the drivers denied service and he will never cancel it and the cancellation charge is booked on us. On three or four occasions this has happened to me. Some drivers are ruthless. Unless uber takes adequate action against those drivers, credibility of uber wll be lost. Why should we pay for the dereliction/denial of duty of the drivers? Further sometimes after booking the vehicle only, the time within which the vehicle will reach your place will be kown to us and if the time shown is 30 minutes and if you are in a hurry & cancel it , the cancellation charges are booked on your head.Uber should give the option of canceling it if they are not in a position to send the vehicle and to make it transparent to the customers they can even publish the timelines for cancellation by the customers/drivers and only when cancellation within a specified time is done cancellation should be booked to the customers account.

Always they are cheating with their fairs.. I booked a car to cmbt for Rd.100. When i get down the driver asked Rd.300. I showed my my mobile and bill amount (100). Eventhough he asked 300 and I gave.These kind of unethical billing experience I had 3... 4 times only in uber. Not in ola.Uber doss not have any customer care numbers .. for make complaints about this forgery.

Worst cab aggregator service provider,perhaps second only to Ola. Tries to keep customer waiting for hours even if trip is rejected multiple times by drivers by charging cancellation fee.Also they dont check drivers personality before giving a permit.Pathetic quality of most of cabs they provide.Drivers spit on roads, smell like rats.Never put on AC more than initial point even in mid summer hoping by to save fuel,making customer drenched in sweat
