I would like to share my friend experience who was a employee of syncfusion. They will not give proper respect to the employees and also destroy your mental stability. No learning and self growth. Simply they took all of your energy and treat employees as slaves.very worst company culture. Even Team leader also not have a proper technology skills,then how they guide the team mates to give good project skills.If you get offer in this organisation, please dont go there. Especially fresher dont choose your career within this organisation.

Worst company they treat the employees as slaves and wont give training for fresher in testing, especially the team lead will give an mental pressure to the employee,He doesnt know how to treat the employees under them if any mistake done by him he will directly blame the team members to the manager.And he doesnt give an time to complete the task, while creating a task he will make a reduce of time period and in the end of the sprint he will ask a question you need to make Time plan before creating it, why you didnt completed task it will totally affect the whole team velocity, Even in the critical COVID situation also he will make the team members to come office.

Worst company I have worked for.. they sucks your energy...you will affect by mental and physical health too..seniors are the owners there...culture is very bad..salary is the only benefit there..if you need peaceful work, dont choose that company

This is the place where you learn pressure, coding, feel as slave. This is not suit for all teams here,but most of the teams be like this only. My point of view, This is fine for initial stage(Freshers) which help you feel comfortable in another company while switch, job wise. But syncfusion should change work culture towards employees because they not even consider or think employee point of view, they think only from their side. When I left job at syncfusion not because that I am experienced 3 years but I hate job here most of the time because of work culture and feeling me as slave. There is hike twice in a year but they always reduce ratings because which only the thing give you the hike. Even you work well they make you feel I am a bad enginner or programmer. I realize and left job, now I am very very very happy in my new company with good name, feel very comfortable and they think not only for companies but employees too. I am not telling that I suggest people to dont join syncfusion but those who read my comments above and okay for atleast 2 years can take syncfusion as your first job because they pay good at starting which most important. I am writing here because everyone should know thats why.

Good company with good employee I like to work on that company. I attended 3 day training program. First day they Will teach very basic concept in c sharp. Next two day they give 7 program in each day.

When the people get experienced in syncfusion they are also affected by some Psychological disorders. As a fresher you can join in that concern, but depends upon your TL and Manager you will face the issue. They will not guide you, simply ask irrelevant question apart from the project. Kinder joy school boys are working as a manager.

They have a different selection procedure, second round is training/selection process for 3 days comprising of 1 day teaching session and 2 day assessment. Right from the training/selection process you will be treated like an employee of the company.Nice place to work. Company needs perfection from employees. I attend an interview in SEP 2017.Result will announce after next 1month .it was only the backdrop I say.otherwise, interview process and organisations were good.

First round 15Mins program.Second round three days training :In first day , they teach programming in Dotnet and you can easily understand the concepts.On 2nd,3rd days are programming rounds with each day 7 programs. When you complete your first program.It will be verified then only you can start the next program.They give a salary for three days training.Results will be announced after 1 or 2 month.Now I am working here. Very good office. But you cant talk with near by people or friends. You can use mobile with little restrictions.Silent environment. No team lunch. No team treats. Only you have to work. You can learn many technology with your own and work with the latest technologies. Team friendly environment. You have to follow many rules.

This is located in the same building as the Sundaram Foundation Outpatient Hospital. Mostly people approach the place through the rear side mini entrance. Has only two lifts mostly used by patients.
