Be very careful while dealing with them. They are leech personified. The worst software company. They do not etiquettes to talk to people a d behave as if they are doing their customers a favour. I wish I could give negative points.A friend of mine entered into a contract with them to develop an app for an IoT product. They took the money and showed only static images im the app.Even after giving complete detailed instructions on the functioning of the app and how it can connect to the device, they didnt do it.Rather, they started pointing finger saying that there is a problem in the working of the device. Funny thing is, the same instructions were followed by another company and they successfully demonstrated the connectivity.When money was asked back, the CEO replies that instead of the money we will give you the files of the app. Of an app that does not work.Special mention to Mr Raja from Tetrosoft. When we were asking them for demo, he says close this topic today itself. When pointed that he has no right to say that,his response is, I have put my valuable time into it, I am right to tell to close it. Dude, you were paid to do the work. You didnt do any favour.If you value your money, stay away from them. If you think they can do IoT related projects, you are making the worst mistake of your life.Tetrosoft does not know IoT, and they definitely do not add value to customers. They just want money.
