If you want to get better in your carrier, better dont join this company. Im not some random person who writes this review for the sake of hatred. I have been working there for 2 years and Im writing this. So take this seriously if you are gonna join this company. Dont fall for them, even if they give you 1000% hike. Take care.

May be the most pathetic Companies I have come across. I have never seen such poor, no sorry.. The most poor administration. I would really urge people not to accept offers from them, as there is no surity that theyll retain you. It seems Hire and Fire is their principal aim. I would actually give a ZERO STAR but theres no such option. Dont rely on such insecure positions and risk your career. JUST REALLY BAD.

Good environment & Respect the people

With the Covid Pandemic in place my current company had been laying off a lot of people and also place in forced LOP. As like everyone, I was working from home for the last 2 months in this pandemic situation. This June 4th, 2020 I was called to office by the management to talk about the scheduled meetings for that week. All of sudden, during the discussion with my reporting manager Mr. .Jayram who opened up saying this is my last day and suddenly HR Mr Senthil Kumar P called me into his cabin and asked me to leave immediately without any reason, I was also threatened by him giving up termination is the only option if I refuse to put down my papers. In fact, hasn’t had enough time to breathe and think. I was forced to put down my paper in terms of agreeing my notice period will be paid.Today I reached Senthil, HR over the phone and asked about my emails are blocked in terms of asking my settlement letter include my notice period. He says that he can’t provide any dues pending as everything is over. He or management doesn’t have heart to listen that I have a family and my career is the only source to feed them. He challenges me to take if I have to move further.

I would not say it was bad experience, Its more of like school- strict, too much rules, which you dont like after school days. Until you say YES Boss you are good to the management.

Negative feedback... Management is not good... For freshers, bond will be there... Legacy applications are still being maintained... Senior people getting relieved from the company or pushed out of the company... Rules and regulations are changed in a day break...

I am currently working here as a fresher , there is so much confusion in this office , i have 2 bosses my manager and his manager ,each one has a thinking and it is very difficult to report to 2. all my papers are stuck in this company my life is going hell , please dont join here . i have joined in very recently and if i try to leave i have to pay money.

Worst Company For US IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiters- For freshers they ask to sign Bond For 2 years if you break the bond You need to pay Rs 1.00,000- Totally it is waste of time. Freshers and experienced people dont go to attend Interview Here for US IT recruitment.

I attended interview there good infrastructure not sure about their projects. They conduct interview for one day drive.The one thing I want to suggest the HR and Technical Team is if you selected needed resource for your company then ask other members to leave dont make keep them wait and conduct interview for sake of them.

Waste of time to attend an interview with sensiple. They will keep us waiting for a long time and they ask us to fill the form which is already mentioned in the resume.The interviewer listening for the answers though,was hearing stories.
