Am using this software for past 2 years. Very user friendly and Now they have implemented GST also. It becomes very easy to do my GST Filling. Very helpful

I have been facing problems with the software from day one, its a user friendly software but too many bugs , i was informed that they are still in the development stage which i can make out by using it , every other day i face some problem, i am fed up of the following up with the support team for the rectification ...........slowly they are making me to feel that i have taken a wrong decision by picking up this software.i tried contacting GURU through intercom but i dont get any reply for my messages......bit unprofessional behavior for a upcoming coming .

I paid for the software on 19th July. After 15days also, the software is not in a shape to use it for business. The old data for last 3 months is not getting properly imported as per your formats. Price is 3-4 times of Quick books, Zoho, Profit books etc. The User experience related to software is not so bad. But customer support team (They call it customer success team) eventually make you understand that you failed with their REACHLESS Support. 15 DAYS - I CAN SAY IT IS COMPLETELY A TRAP WITH NO WAY TO ESCAPE - REACHLESS ERPTheir TOP Management is completely hiding away. But seems they are paying heavy to get attention in magazines likes Business Trends, Your story etc. Most of the customer support executives do not have basics idea of customer care, accounts.The issues are getting delayed . we informed once it is done will let you know there comment in the chat as well as over phone.They will confirm over phone that issue will be sorted in first half of next day. it will get postponed to next half, next day and soon. Its a TRAP - It is a completely REACHLESS. Even for small things, they take long time to correct. No one from TOP to bottom bothers to care for the customer.

Lots of bugs and risky to go with Reach ERP solution. software is not developed at all, still same is at preliminary stage of software development. We had pathetic experience with this software during implementation at Mumbai. We had paid 50% of the software cost Rs.2.5 lakhs out of 5 lakhs to them as advance. Reality comes to know only after implimentation begin, where their software is lacking from basic accounting logic and reporting, forgot about ERP system and reporting which they are mentioning on web site. Mr. Amit Alai from mumbai was leading on behalf of Reach ERP, he committed lots of things and agreed with our scope of work. but this person himself do not know about the a,b,c... of the software. we had given them long list of bugs their sofware posssess but rely from them we are trying to solve all this issue and some things are still at developement stage as replied by Mr. Robbin. at the end we terminate the contract for REACH ERP. We ask them for refund of amount paid but their intention is not to do so.God help to the people who opt for Reach ERP solution
