Well maintained company with high level of security service
This is the best company any beginner could ask for. The seniors are quite cooperative and also very helpful. The company also make sure that there are lots of activities for the employees. This year we had Futsal league, a badminton championship, now presently getting ready for 24- hour hackathon event. The managers and the higher officials try their best to make you feel comfortable with work. This is not like the other mass production companies who just hire everyone and make them wait for work. The only con here is that some departments tend to have more work or tight deadlines.

Employees/visitors of Ramco are parking cars on the footpath in front of their office blocking it completely. With no other option, pedestrians are forced to walk on road. Considering the heavy traffic on this road, this is really a serious hazard created to pedestrians by their actions. Ramco management has to look into this and make necessary alternate arrangements for cars parking at the earliest before some untoward accident occurs on this road.
Place looked awesome but pay was too low, i didnot join there. I got lot better offer and joined in accenture
Good company to work with great work culture. Good for freshers. People are Quite Supportive and ready to help. Freshers Salary are quite low for local college hires... STIPEND 5K FOR 12 MONTHS AFTER THAT 2 lacs / annum following which 5-10% yearly growth based on performance. They have to keep employees count static so even if you are performing good, you can be thrown out of the company. Experienced in year 2016.

Its a good company but not the greatest. Here you will get the low salary but there is no work pressure. The daily life inside the company is enjoyable. I think the interview is also at moderate level.

#Eyewash Interview. I attended interview on 11 the Oct 2018. They told me that I got selected in technical interview and joining would be in next week. They asked me all the scanned documents for verification. After that I didnt get any email or call regarding the date of joining.There is no proper reply from the HR whenever I followed up. On December 3 ,they call me again to check my availability and they said surely joining would be in 3-4 days. But again I didnt get any mail. At last they told me that due to internal calibration and measurements my candidature got rejected even though there is a opening. Here my question is why their internal calibration and measurements are not considered when they checked my availability?
