I am working in RailsData for the past 15 months. To be honest it is a really awesome environment to work and learn technology. My collegue here are super friendly and helpful towards work.Never have I felt dominated or discriminated by any of the employees here.The thing which I like the most is flexibility and employee freedom,which I have never seen in any other company. If you are an employee I would say you are the luckiest.The one thing I would would suggest is that the NSIC complex could have a better cafeteria and dining.

I am working here for past 3.5 years. Its a good company for learning. We can learn multiple new technologies here, which will can be helpful for your career growth.

Been working in Railsdata for the past few months, was hired as a fresher right after completing my engineering. I feel like this is the right place to start your career in the software field even after comparing with my friends who are currently working in top MNCs, I feel that the exposure I get over here is higher than them in various levels.I have currently learnt and started working in a couple of live projects where various different technologies are used. Im satisfied with the work environment and feel that I have a good work-life balance.The working hours are extremely flexible and the work culture is such that even a fresher can have a friendly and casual conversation with any senior employee.The company may be small but the work environment is in such a way that every single individual can work end-to-end in various technologies.The only constaint is that there is no specific cafeteria in the building.
