I have been working Qatalys software full Time More than 4YearsPros:Great minds at this company in CEO, VP, CTO and Managers. The combination is really good and team work. Culture is what most attracts and a down to earth CEO And Manager is what an employee wants always. Co ordination between different teams needs a little brush up but that is up all of us .The team is awesome through they are under pressure but doing there Best to deliveryCons:There are few areas in an organization that need to grow and strike balance between sales and development and on boarding teams.Advise to Management:Keep being great leaders as a leave team. Keep coming together to solve problem as they come.Which they inevitably will when we are growing repidly . So many big issue have already been tackle and now we need to get serious about supporting our groups that were moving so fast but have no time to look back.
