Great and best it park in Chennai

Mindtree is my third company. I am working here for nearly 1 year I see the culture is really employees friendly. They encourage to learn Digital technologies like Azure, Big Data and many others. You can bring your kids to office is one of the wonderful friendly decision for the employee. This will not happen in other company.

Nice place, but there is no time management and all! Went there today for an scheduled interview as an experienced resource. 11PM was my scheduled time and I was waited up to 2PM not even called for 1st round. When I asked they simply replied like go for your lunch and come back(to wait again for another 2 hours?)! So if you are ready to wait for hours may be days to attend interview, then you can go for it. Really nice place to see in Chennai.

Good atmosphere but not schedule interview properly

Inftrastructure is good. But the interview process takes too long. Be ready to spend a day for the interview process. Company arranges free food for the candidates which is good.

Hi Team,Thanks for coordinating and scheduling the interview with Great MindTree.I had finished my F2F interview as per the schedule(31st May2019 2pm). I feel very bad about the interview process that I had.As I explained in the telephone, i had been seated for more than one and half hour. After long time, Mr.Britto had requested Ashok Devadiga to interview me.Ashok Devadiga had nicely started the interview, but the way he had treated/questioned me is very aggressive/rude. He had not let me to talk what is there in my mind. He always dominated me. So, i informed my concerns to him and disconnected the discussion.Finally, i had explained things to Mr. Britto and left MindTree office.Kindly share your senior associates email address to escalate further. I want some action to be taken for my bad experience with MindTree interview.

Worst company in my life.. staffs are rude and they will not consider you as a human when you go for the interview.. they will behave like they are the owner.

Very nice company to work with but for growth you need to do separate assessment, project etc etc which will irritate when the deliverable are tight.

Pretty good place. It is located on the 10th to 12th floor and only 3 floors are mindtree. There is a small cafeteria just for mindtree employees. There is a huge food court in the ground floor which is amazing with a variety of food of all cuisines including fast food like burgers . Everything is a bit costly compared to outside

It has great view , 12th floor nd all ... but doesnt have open air circulation... air is stale .... which gets to the point of stinking ...doesnt have its own food caterer ... like mindtree bangalore .... also lacks at certain other things because its not entirely owned by mindtree

Good. Not great. HR personnels are way under than they could handle the few people that were around when I stepped in for an interview and yet they werent much cordial about it or with the people attending.

Food is difficult. There is no caterers. Only pantry available so you need to use planet yum which is very costlier

I have attended the interview on last week, I wonder why they are asking simple questions but rejecting with no reason.

Recruiting system is poor, they make candidates to wait for long time without taking single round. Poor.
