At first everything was okay but when the time goes the reality comes out and the mental breakdown started and peace is literally destroyed.

I feel more comfortable to work with this company. Gembrill helped me to improve my skills related to my career. Good & clean environment. Parking space was good. Interview process was good. They have conducted 3 rounds of interview. 1st round telephonic technical round (you will get call from USA), 2nd round HR round f2f, 3rd round is manager round f2f. Actually their terms & conditions was not fine even for experienced (they told to submit all our original documents with 2 years bond/agreement otherwise company is good). For freshers the company is comfortable because they gain 2 yrs of experience in same place. I guess Here learning opportunities are more. All the best ..!

Faced the worst experience today and completely disheartened by the process. A week ago, an interview was scheduled & attended through skype. We discussed and came to a conclusion on salary packages during that interview. Later got a call from (HR) saying that there will be infrastructure round where you definitely need to have USB based headphones without that they will not be conducting the joining process. Eventhough I had headphones, as they asked for USB one, I searched everywhere in this Corona time & didn’t get one. On saying to the HR, she told me that I will get the headphones from known place please pay the money to the respective shop. I paid and did these thinking that my job is confirmed with the discussed package. These all happened without even releasing the offer letter. To be honest, I just had oral confirmation that I am selected and process have started. Today (joining day) they sent a text telling that we can’t give that package and you can ask the person who interviewed you about it and changing the package. I was traumatised for mins after seeing these. And the salary which they proposed today was lesser than my previous one. Summarising to the points said, giving false promise to the person and acting like this is what we give is not the correct way that too after finalizing. A complete waste of time for a week thinking that it is a good reputed company but ended up to the worst. This company’s recruiting panel has to be changed with well versed HR’s.An important note: Dont ever join this company!! This is not the right platform for career growth that too 2 years bond is complete waste.

I am working in this Company for 03 years in BPO. Found good in terms of growth aspects. Seniors are more helpful. Good company for career starters.

Good company, nice HR , good ambiance ,If youre selected then you have sign up an agreement bond for 2 years , slight disappointing . Other than that really good for freshers .
