Worst support ever.We are trying to setup a number which we can use a number for calling and sms (2-way) for 5 months now! The product looks in the few hours we tested in trial but the support is the worst we ever expierenced from any company. They are not able to get thinks done and dont know there own product. Worst Accounts support ever! They just want to take our money! We have asked for our seats to be reduced 3 months in a row, but Freshdesk just keeps on billing our card, even after we logged multiple tickets asking for the amount of seats to be reduced. Their support team just keeps on saying that they will expedite the request to finance department, but nothing happens! Great app when you start and you dont need any help, but terrible when you actually need service!

Worst experience I had after attending an interview from this company once. I have never ever seen a worst HR practice like this. HR team asked me to come attend an interview for the opening of Account Manager without screening my Resume and not even know whether my profile suits for the opening. They made it easy by letting another person interview me from the company for the name sake after making me wait for a long time, that person has nothing to do with my profile for the opening and asked literally 5 basic questions. I realised this after seeing the candidates who came after me got interviewed for the same opening. They were just wasting my time though I travelled all the way from a long distance. HR department doesnt even know to treat candidate properly regarding interview process. HR department wants some numbers regarding the interview process to impress their reporting persons.Shame on you HR team as we candidate sacrifice our time for the interview process.Dear candidates, please do check with the HR team of this company via phone itself about their expectations regarding interview for the job opening if you come across interview call from them via phone. Otherwise your time and efforts will get wasted.

I went here for an interview a few days back. I was called in for a job as a technical support specialist. The funny thing was, I cleared the initial rounds where the test Ur support knowledge. But suddenly I was asked questions related to programming and related concepts which I was unprepared for. The HR failed to inform us that we would be asked questions based on programming concepts. The best thing was, the HR told us that they had a similar opening in another dept and that they will contact us the next week. With hopes of getting placed next week, I went back home pretty devastated. Weeks passed by, no reply from them, no acknowledgement from the HR even after sending consecutive emails.Such a bad experience.On the other hand, the office was amazingly decorated and designed. When I entered the office, I was so happy looking around thinking that Ill be working in such a beautiful place. Hah!

I had visited freshworks office today for interview for the role of sales representative which i got through naukri there was no proper response from HR team till 1 pm candidates were made to sit for 3 hours and after they arrived they had no clue on how to proceed with interview process since the numbers came around 100 people guess they had expected less than 20 or 30 so upstraight they proceeded with GD and filtered out in random a gd does not decide a candidate capability everyone deserves a F2F interview. Management please make sure to screen resumes beforehand effectively and call candidates suitable for role. I gave 3 stars for their good hospitality ambience and workspace

Awesome campus infrastructure for the employees. I went for an interview but looking at the way infrastructure was designed in the campus it was good experience especially compared to other companies in Chennai but the it park itself is very congested and has huge traffic problems during the prime time

Lots of bugs with the product, causing more time trying to implement the tool than we thought. Spending more time backtracking fixing issues this product is causing than actually getting benefits from it. Will increase stars on the review when ZP starts working the way we were told it was going to.

1 week later :Your freshdesk ios app is very slow. It takea forever to close tickets out. I am on a paid version and this problem keeps happening!!!
