Had good experience interview at Dckap. long process 5 rounds but friendly interviewers and get to learning exposure. ask logcial and good questions.

The interview process was lengthy - around 6 rounds. The recruiter clearly communicated about each round .The tech team asked some challenging questions. The result was communicated immediately after the interview and it was a good experience overall.

Haters gonna hate, but this place will keep rocking, with full humbleness and respect at each level.If you are looking to get your work done, trust my words, they will dedicate Day and Night(literally) for your satisfaction. 👌Talk about the CEO, or the lead architect, or the Biz Lead, everyone is very down to earth, and open to clarify all your doubts.This companys culture is one of a kind, perfect, which is hard to find in Indian companies.Great experience, overall.

WORST INTERVIEW PROCESSI have attended many interviews including fortune 500 companies, But this was the worst experience.There are 6 Interview rounds, and it takes place for a week. I passed in all the rounds and after the 6th round they are saying they recruited another candidate much suitable for the job, I have wasted a whole week without doing my existing job’s work. HR must concentrate in the interview process. Think they all are conducting interviews for time pass.

I visited DCKAP for a guest session. Great hospitality and an excellent support from the HR team. The CEO was humble and welcoming. The work ambience was lovely and their work culture was noteworthy. The company promotes work-life balance and holistic development to its employees as their Friday Speaker Sessions are an example for it.

I have been working at DCKAP as a learning and development executive for 2 years. Great company to work for awesome work culture. Day at work is fun and good learning. My skills advanced ten folds working in different domains. All employee benefit programs are structured and make the employee happy. The tasks assigned to me unleashed my strengths, I am always out of my comfort zone.I am getting the sufficient number of opportunities to bubble up my ideas and the degree of freedom to take decisions is spectacular.Despite having an awesome work culture the fact that an individual gets great visibility and identity through their thriving DCKAP community and my work is recognized by the boss which motivates me to give my best in upcoming tasks/projects.

The worst interview process I ever seen in my lifeI attended interviews N-Number of companies (information technology) in my career but this company doesn’t know whether taking a interview for BPO voice process (or) IT technical process they Just conducting interview for time pass please guys don’t go and waste your time...

Worst HR ProcessI had an interview with DCKAP and the interview process was good. Once you done with the interview they wont call back. we have to follow them and get to know about our interview status. Its shows worse side of yours.Advice To HR and Technicall Team :If the candidates arent meet your JD dont ask them to attend interview and waste their time.Dont think we are jobless and making time for your company.

No proper response from H.R once they conducted an interview. When I completed my technical round, they said they would send result in mail.Next day they sent mail as not selected. Then the next day called me and said sorry yesterday we sent an wrong email, its a misunderstanding between the interview panel. Then they conducted a final round. But not sent any result, when I called the H.R she is not picking up the call.Anyhow the atmosphere of the company is good and they welcome everyone with a welcome drink. And the manager over there is calm and composed and letting us to express ourself in interview.
