Choice was less, maybe because of Covid lockdown.

Collections were good. Reasonably priced. I tried out few types and selected the one which I felt was comfortable. No hassle from staff. Gpay also available for billing. Had a pleasant experience.

Worst customer service. Never go to this shop. When I went there today, the billing guy was asking his colleague to attend me, but that guy in turn asked some other guy to attend. But no body attended. When I walked out with out saying anything, the billing person was happy and started working with his billing. He never bothered to lose a business.

Just would like to inform about the pathetic service extended to us after a complaint filed on the quality of shoes. The complaint was received and a mail to that effect was sent by Bata , informing that I can go to TTK showroom for exchange carrying that mail. Three times the service person expressed that Manager is not there. Today when I went to meet the Manager with the mail he refused stating some reasons. I am only expressing about the behaviour of Service people which is inhumane , lacks courtesy. Why these type of people should be chosen for a job of this nature. Bata as a brand is losing its reputation.

Worst experience with bata till date. I went to buy shoe for my child two weeks back. There were three persons working there. I was just given a shoe of size 7 to try by myself. After I tried it on my son I asked for a larger size. The person even without checking stock told me all they is only seven and no size eight. I told him that there is a display piece eight and why cant he give me that. He started scolding another person for keeping the display piece (?). He asked me to try it by myself. He didnt care to even hand it over the display piece to me. I asked him for a canvas shoe of size eight. Even before I could complete my sentence he told me he doesnt have any stock. I asked him to check the stock but he refused. They did the same to all the customers in the store. This has been the worst experience with bata. Never have been treated so badly. I wish I could give this store negative stars or even zero star. Worst customer service. Never ever will visit this store.

Nice place for footwear shopping. Made in China should be clearly informed to the customer.

Because of the covid situation, the store was not well stocked...the absence of air conditioning make the experience very tiresome

Not quite happy with the staff quality. The staff responsible for womens section was clueless about the stock. Could not show any selected design. Designs in the womens section is limited and the display is quite cluttered.

I bought slipper for my niece. Nowa days ladies section in baTa isdoing well. Makea visit
