They have limited capability. Body shop work is not possible over here. They were very supportive to arrange alternate options.

Taking lot of time for service. In my history I have never seen this much poor service delivery from Maruthi. Worst dealer to get service. no proper entrance road. poor maintanence of waiting room. unhygienic. service executive asked for extended warranty. I said no. in return for revenge he further delayed, delivery of vehicle. I didnt expect such a worst behaviour from Maruthi. Staff need to get trained, regarding how to deal customer. I gave my vehicle at 9 o clock and I was waiting there. They took 3 hours 30 minutes to deliver the vehicle. even though there was no vehicles in the queue for service, purposely they took time. I ll never recommend this showroom for purchase and service.

I went for car servicing and to be surprised the service department is very much perfect on their job. Very nice service and they do the extended check of your vehicle. The service advisor is very nice in person and did the job in extended hours. I recommend strongly to go for service.

Hi to whoever reading this,This is related to my Ertiga ZXI Plus booking at Rajalakshimi Lakshmi Maruti cars showroom at Sri Perumbudur.First, I want my booking to be cancelled.6 months ago, I booked an Ertiga in the same showroom and I was guaranteed that it will be delivered within 3 months and I was told Rajalakshimi had a special connect with maruti.It was never delivered and nothing was communicated to me. I called them every week after that, I was given an assuring response that car will be delivered within 10 days or this month or this week. I was even asked not to go anywhere for booking because we were told we are close to getting the vehicle.6 months passed this is the seventh month and nobody has contacted me unless I call them multiple times.My car was not delivered so far. I traveled a hour to reach your showroom. I traveled from Bangalore because my father suggested your showroom. I have my sisters marriage coming. Who the hell will deliver the car to me ? Atleast I should have been communicated that you guys are not capable of delivering.I want a full refund of my booking money and additional RS.10000 for making me wait for six months, not delivering my car and number of calls I made to your showroom as compensation.This is the worst experience one can do to a customer. Will never suggest your showroom for even a bolt or screw.Looking forward to my compensation,Dinesh swamy
