They have the best designs and collections. The staff was very polite and helpful. They have different floors and sections for bangles, chains, rings etc.... Even their wastage was best in the market depending upon the selected model.

Worst Customer Service. Fraud Counter Staffs .I did a transaction on 2nd July 2021 in 3rd floor of the Shop & did not ask my credit card to the counter girl after paying my bill. She demanded me to sign the bill. Mean time I forgot to collect my Credit card. I recalled when I was in Ground floor. The counter people refuse to give my card & said there are no such thing available. Fraud people should be avoided. If the owner of the shop read this plz enquire with your counter staff in 3rd Floor. Appont some Genuine staff atleast in the payment counter.

Best place to buy gold and silver jewellery. Gold rate is 50 rs minus from the actual rate on that day. No further discount on jewellery. Wastage is less than its competitors.You can compare the price with other jewellery makers but at the end you will come back to saravana stores because of the price difference.Quality also good.Enough space for parking vehicles.

Worst place to deal jewellery...Payment options are very worst here,they waste my time.Scanning payment was done but they said we are still not get slip.After some time.

Very good place for purchasing gold. No bargaining, no extra chargers, no cheating, all are very transparent to customers... Go and buy here and you will get a good better value for money products.

A good variety of designs on rings and chains were available at this place. Friendly staff. Good hospitality. And they give a good exchange value for old gold. Dont reduce too much as wastage and what not. And mainly, there is no bargaining unlike a very well known jewellery.

No negotiation, fixed price . Reasonable wastage on few ornaments but some are not reasonable.Bought a kids ornament, had a bad experience when had a manufacturing defect but I was asked to pay for fixing it else they said had to wait 15 days. I didnt expect this from a brand Saravana..

Exciting ...moments.to...purchase...Even I was bought small items..here I was roamed everywhere to see the huge collections of ornament..I love this shop.By the way of they welcoming.., guiding..and serving with soft drink and hot....amazing...Each visit I was spended more than 3 hrs...My kids also love...to spend time in this shop....

Yeah I planned to purchase thali chain and i have visited GRT,Kalyan and Lalitha and i checked the rates surprisingly the rate is 3k lesser in Saravanas for the same model thali chain and also all other jwellers really cheating on old exchange and grt is next level of cheating the same old chain grt said 31k where saravana stores take that for 36k similar for all the other old golds..pls do the research ppl there is a rumour grt is giving agmark gold lol gold is gold that is 916.I will prefer Saravans than other gold stores.dear people dont fall for grt really..

I wonder how this store got 4star. I just bought one gold ring last year April, within 3 months it starts to change color. I have never seen any gold like this in my life ever. I still have my ring i use daily which i bought 10 years ago also. But within 3 months, i couldnt even think about it. This is not right place for buying gold.
