Unresponsive customer support. Improvement is required in all aspects to sustain the business in Finance market. Poor placement of staffs who are not ethical and subject oriented to their respective duties. We faced hindrances in very slow movement of file approvals even though on submission of all prescribed documents, in effect we faced very delayed process of our tractor registration with RTO. Must improve a lot.

Very very Poor customer support. Very very draggy approvals which made us for delayed registration of tractor. Non-professional co-ordination of staffs. Must improve a lot. Un-productive and irrelevant staffs placement.
