Recently had a chance to visit IDEAS2IT both offices in 6th and 8th floors. Lovely environment to meet generations expectations in terms of workplace. Young and energetic team who is making Data Science and Machine learning an extraordinary one. Located in the last building of the lane.

Was a nice experience. I went for online test but didnt get selected in the first place. Nice infrastructure, huge parking space,not less than a MNC .I would surely love to work here. Waiting for my 6 months to get over. After that i will apply again for jobs here.

I wasnt shortlisted even i got80% on online assement

I attended their interview in 2016 and got selected, but didnt join. I thought I might not be a cultural fit for this type of company. Though it might be a good company to gain knowledge but their offered salary was not at all as per industry standard. The CEO is a nice person to interact with.

I attended an interview. I am a fresher. It contains 3 rounds and I reached final round on that 3 rounds that before the CEO round. I couldnt accept their opinion about the candidates. They want a knowledgeable candidates but with the knowledge of remembering not a calculating. I was rejected because of a non-technical question. They just forget about my presentation at the same round with the technical solutions. I made a proper solution they accept that. but they dont want that. And also they dont have a good questioner who asks the question with you.They want a person who already knows the answer not who calculates the answer for a mathematical question .Bad experience for me. And unexpected result from them.But a great place to work. Good approaching. And they have much more consideration with their employees.Good place to start the career as a fresher.Try to impress them with your analytical skills because they dont want programmatical skills with also the enough knowledge in it. They wont ask about that.

The ideas2it is a good company in guindy which is located in RR tower.This company provides a good guidance during the interview.I gone to this company for interview the environment is clean and have comfortable seats.I have preferred that if I could have the opportunity definitely I will in this place. Freshers can choose this company. The interview process held very good and the person who is attending interview may have aptitude test as the first round so please prepare for that.

Nice company. Nice atmosphere. Even if you dont get selected they will inform you through mail which is a genuine thing to do and most companies dont so we have to wait about the results.

Can you still put the chairs closer? i cant comment on the business and work culture as i have not worked there. but when i attended the interview, i saw the infra could have been still more better.

Went to attend an interview. Beautiful office and the ambience is too good. That too if you get a chance to work in 3rd or 4th floor, your eyes will get a visual treat during monsoons.

Ok kind of place. I went there for an interview. They dont have proper plan to execute the walk in. They have made me to wait for almost 3.5 hrs which is really worst. Toilets are not hygiene. Kind of office and for the visitors or candidates they provide damaged chairs which is really unbearable.

Best experience with an interview... unfortunately not selected.. But this company is on the top of my list of my fav companies.🤩

Nice place to work, Enjoyed my interview there. I was wait listed in the interview. Interview process looks simple but the selection rate is lower, as the company looks the ability of the candidate to fit with the company process and analytical skills not his knowledge in softwares and programming

Good company for freshers to Kickstart their career.They are offering more benefits to the employees but cracking the interview is difficult. Cant identify on what basis they are recruiting the candidates.Their interview process is more analytical than technical. When I attended the interview they have selected the person who has certificate from training institution.

Never looks like a corporate company, having interview itself a bad experience there, they didnt replied to my mail nor they called me ahout the round marks.

Company HR very lazy person , if some one selected interview they dont give proper feedback ....ex. my friend Mr. Mohan 13.04.2017 selected Sr. Account Executive on that day she tell give mobile number too till date no response even didnt attend phone call...

Hr arul , gave fake promises before schedule interview and waste canditates timing.AND TECHNICAL DOES NOT know which have to ask.if you are not able to give expected ctc pls let us know before attend the interview .interview process very bad.low salary

I went to interview 1st round there was 200 people attended in which 12 got selected for next round including me and the round was program written test and for next round 4 was selected including me and again programing test and they didnt select any one out of 200 then y they are conducting interviews I dont for not selecting anyone
