You wont find a shop exactly in this point. You need to move to the back street, were you can find various street stalls.To be true these places are really untidy. And there is no hygiene all over. The plates and spones are just washed in a low light place, by an old grany.

After the demise of long and high experianced legend in this road side Atho stall at the corner of Beach Court chennai, there deciples are not actively replacing their master.Taste become normal which removes their identity among other beside Atho shops.Regular customers turns their faces back..

1. Very famous Burmese food. I particularly dint like it much. But local peoples love it. Rs.60 for full plate.Stuffed egg, fine. Nothing very special about it.2. Madras stock exchange is the oldest exchange. Which was shut down by gov years back. Some how found this building.3. Badam massala milk is highly recommended. It costs just Rs20 and is worth it.4. Tadoori chai is also amazing. Give it a try.

Authentic Burmese food available in this street with multiple chains of shops. Theres vegetarian and egg included options so lots to go around for everyone. Trying it with the plantain soup was a completely different experience overall. Taste will be really good , cheap and best. The corner shop is best. Very healthy food too. Food is prepared Hygienic methods. Recommended.

Personal experience:2006-2008:I used to go for purchase in Bazzar and have this as snacks... TBH the best snack with good quality and ingredients.2015-2016:I went there for having snacks only and it was a huge turn around... Some of the original ingredients were missing and especially the soup which was as thick as gravy turned out be a juice...2019:I went there for a official work and wanted to taste it just for a go... Hard to believe that they are providing the soup for cost...FOODies LODGE

Famous shop for burmese food in chennai, i love the masala egg from here

Always loved to be there, have some friends to share Atho and finish it with a Burmese Masala Egg. Taste will be awesome and blissful feeling for stomach too... Even you thought the food was hefty (only happens if you dont share 🙈), you can get as much as plantain soup to comfort yourself... It is becoming beach stations identity nowadays so I would strongly suggest a visit here if you come around...

Atho fry was superb.. good one for evng chats. It fried by egg.. there is also veg atho available. And Egg fry also nice it’s costs 15 rs.. ATho Egg fry costs 60 rs.. must try food in chennai located near George Town court. Opp to beach station. Perfect one for evening snacks.

Atho here is far better than other shops but still can be improved. The egg masala was salty which can be rectified.

This is one of the best places for the Burmese street food in Chennai. This place is just behind the Broadway post office. There are two shops adjacent to each other. Though there is no hygenity among the place it is worth the visit for the street food lovers.
