Very nice location with easy access to everything right from tea shop to huge malls, IT hubs, reputed private and government offices, entertainment, upcoming metro connectivity, bus access, easy airport travel etc., The best part is VGNs homework in developing the site look cosmopolitan and luxurious to its name Highness. You will love this gated community if you visit once. Price for luxury is always more. Adding to that VGN commitment for metro water, underground sewage connectivity, international standard Roads, parks, greenery, underground EB lines, CCTV, maintenance etc is attractive and unique. Congrats VGN for its efforts and eager to see the VGN promise come true ASAP.

Advantages - Good infrastructure, Water harvesting, underground EB+Data+Sewage connection, secured gated community, price is negotiable, 800mts from main road with three accessible routes...Drawbacks - Narrow road to access. Within the city limits there are many areas has narrow roads thats unavoidable...There are second hand plots available on same area with lower price but need to be very very cautious when buying those..

Newly developed layout for plots more than 200 nos along with Two Children parks, Big Well for Rain water harvesting. Well layed roads & street lights. Water & sewage connection for individuals plots at extra price.

Project is good. access to the project is crampy. Pathetic employees and agents. They play around our time.

Absolutely terrible experience at site... The person was very Ill mannered.... No respect & lack of courtesy for a lady (My wife)...VGN should not appoint such salesman. It will bring down the brand value of a very old firm.They didnt have plot of my requirements (vastu complaint) so he didnt even bother to reply... Just ignored within 10seconds ... Was shocked to see his attitude.Bad experience, Will not recommend to anyone for sure.

Well developed infrastructure for a plotted development with lot of amenities for kids. Visited this property on their launch, might seriously consider to buy a plot here

Location inside layout is marvelous but road connecting site to mainroad is very narrow and congested. Price also very heavy and lot of extra charges, 646 sqft of plot cost you around 45 lakh

I am staying near to this plot for 5+ years.1. Road from Iyyapanthangal depot to VGN higness is very small.2. 40 ft road plots itself 3500 per sq ft in iyyapanthangal3. This is just a 20ft road4. Currently iyyapanthangal corporation is not providing metro water facility for individual homes. Confusing how they got it5. Note - The 5 star rated persons are brokers and mediators. Dont trust anyone.

Check all conditions thoroughly in vgn. Lot of hidden things will come out later part. Experiment in vgn ekaduthangal.. that site was a failure.

Very high cost in iyyapanthangal.They advertise mainly on metro water and drainage . 5500 pqsft .. we think 5.5 is inclusive of drainage and metro water. But when we finalize the put additional charges for these. Even they out charge for legal documents etc. Other charges itself comes 3 lakhs.Also check the approval for G + 1 construction

First of all very very high cost in this area.Also. They are hiding facts . Multiple representative give multiple answersAlso hiding the booking status. . First they say it it booked. Advance paid and all and try to push their choice on us. after 2 weeks they call and say its available..

To much cost , many hidden point available, east & north phase plots are adding high cost....
