We contacted SUN Homes for a home lease. After going home, they promised to have all the legal documents to proceed with the lease agreement, as well as the document they had was correct, Full satisfaction to us, A few days after we got home the house had minor electrical repairs, Regardless of night time All issues are done by them, No others do like this I think so,So people who really searching house for Lease Contact with them.

We have contacted SUN Homes for house lease . After visited home they assured having all legal documents to proceed for lease agreement and keep on asking advance amount. We also paid advance without checking documents, after payment we asked for home documents for legal proceedings these people literally saying we cant give and asking home Electricity Bill to use as proof. Not sure whether they think customers are fools. How customers can deposit lakhs of lease money just taking EB bill as proof. We disagreed and asked repayment of advance amount but they refused to give full amount. Though we cancel due to their foolishness they deducting some amount so we lost our money. Customers be careful before making any deal with them. Never give even a rupee before checking documents.
