KK Builders is one of the FEW good builders in Chennai. (We have met and interacted with so many builders when we wanted to buy a property, but none like KK Builders). He values and understands that customers are investing their hard earned money when buying a property. He is known for high quality construction, timely delivery of projects and excellent after sales support. He takes personal interest in ensuring that the flat is constructed and delivered with in time lines. During the course of construction if the buyers want reasonable changes, he would consider the same and support. Over all I would assign a rating of 5.

Worst builder in the city. Dont even think of buying a property from this builder. They never finish their work in time. They have the worst employees in the city, very lethargic and irresponsible attitude. Even for small work theyll make u wait for months and even for that u have to remind them for at least 20 times(I am not joking). We bought a house in which all the finishing were like of those which are done by amateurs. Youll literally see supervisors and Incharges sleeping while the labours do their work (I dont know why these workers dont even complain). If there was a option for 0 stars I would have chosen that. This builder is not even worth of 1 star.
